When I opened Firefox all my webpages that I visited where there. Now it is just a blank screen and I have to go to webpages manually, there is no way to add them to my start screen. it just stays blank and search bar stays blue.

Gmail will not open with Firefox as of Wednesday 5/18/2025. I do not have any adblock extensions running.

Gmail opens fine in Chrome.

Any suggestions?

Does the Relay extension only work on Firefox or can it be added to other browsers? It seems like a useful tool, but I don't want to be locked into a single browser.

I updated Firefox to version 138 yesterday(29rd April). I use latest stable version of Linux Ubuntu. Sites itself will work, but top of browser wont. Can click open new tab from +-button, but can't close it.

Browser stops reacting to mouse clicks when browsing (after hours of browsing) and I have to use right-click to navigate on sites.... until I restart browser. I tried to close tab and refresh tab when these problems occurred. Also, this occurs on all sites.

I think this is clearly browser problem(because clicked areas are on browser, not inside tabs), not problem in sites itself, because problem manifested itself after hours of browsing, not immediately.

Edit: I'm not well-versed enough to write Bugzilla-report. Also in 138.0.1-1 version, where I updated 3rd May 2025.

You jerks deleted passwords and bookmarks I needed for work just because I reset my password to login. Why in gods name would you think that's a good idea? Why would I ever use your sync function if you're gonna delete my data the moment you get the chance?

I tried doing several things I found on the help page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/https-upgrades "Firefox connection upgrades - HTTP to HTTPS ", but I still get this "Forbidden Access".

I have tried to contact SSA (left an e-message) and will keep trying, but my God, they were impossible to get by phone even before Trump and Musk cut everything, so I'm not going to even try that. Can you help me?

I am installing an extension I trust, called KDSpy, to help me see which books are selling well on KDP Kindle Direct Publishing. How can I go back to click the box "run on private browser" for incognito browsing?

Here is something I have never ran into, for some reason suddenly today, I am only able to load about half the websites I try to load. A blank page loads that says "Hmm we're having trouble finding that site". But the tab says "Server not found". Again it's only some pages that won't load.

It does not matter if I click the bookmark, or type in the address,it's always the same pages every time. I tried 19 sites, (10 bookmarks, and 9 typed), plus typing in some of the bookmarks also.

If I change over to Chrome, or any other browser those pages will load. If I use Firefox Mobile, those pages load. Something has gotten messed up in my PC settings, or something.

I have tried clearing the cache, the history, and the cookies, no luck. I restarted into safe mode, and had the same problem.

It's been forever since I had any problems with FIrefox, and must admit I have forgotten most of the troubleshooting tips, that I used to know. But I did remember those, unfortunately none of those are the problem.

What else can I try? Thanks in advance.

BTW: I am submitting this on my phone because this is one site that won't load. If it did I would, I would click the "Share Data" button.

Can you allow someone to get on my computer to help me? Or do you have a phone number I can call safely to have someone go through things with me, if I need help? It stated when I put it on that is is "poor" in terms of what you did. Maybe I am doing something wrong??

ad blocker on mac laptop does now show up in mozilla firefox extensions or manager, I opened the puzzle icon but only grammerly shows up, I know I have ad blocker because i have websites saying so and i paid for it annually,

When I play games like classic.minecraft.net or krunker.io, the pointer speed is very slow. So I would like to know if there is a way to change the pointer speed of firefox.

I hope the title explains what I am looking for well. My main computer has had... spooky behavior with its file system recently, and I have been recommended to make a back-up, format my drive, and re-install my operating system (possibly upgrading from Windows 10 to 11 in the process). The biggest hold-up to me doing so is this, as I have no idea how to transfer the extension data between installs, or convert it into a human-readable form. The sheer number of writing drafts in those extensions both make losing them an unacceptable situation and copying the data manually into a document entirely impractical. So, can anyone help me with this? For context, I was on Firefox 138.0 when I stopped using my main computer due to those issues. (Note: It will certainly last long enough to do the Firefox Syncing and other back-up operations, just not for many more weeks or months.)

Using 2025-04 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5055612) Firefox 138.0.1 (64-bit) and says it is up todate. I have looked at the about:config to find the browser.tabs.remote.autostart but it does not exist in the list of processes. I have AdBlocker running as an add on and turned off the duck duck go privacy essentials and still nothing stops these insane amount of processes clogging up my computer. right now, on this page there is only this tab open and there are 13 processes running.
