I submitted this as a bug report but I will also submit this here to see if anyone has any information or a solution.

After resetting my password, none of my sync data from before the install is there. Only the sync data from my laptop, but even on my laptop it no longer lists my old computer, it is as if my PC from before the new OS has simply been deleted from the sync logs. In fact, my sync logs only go back to the moment I changed my password. I am not sure how to proceed as it appears that there aren't even any traces of my sync from before this point.

It would be nice if I could get the old tabs I had open on my desktop before I changed my OS, but it's not exactly a "world ending" situation.

According to the article [Firefox Profiles] there is supposed to be a way to manage profiles through the account icon. I do not have that option on my build 140 with windows 11.

I created profiles using the about:profiles command; however, they seem to want to be separate accounts, not profiles.

I want help to achieve the functionality as described in the article so I can stop using Edge because I need to keep my work/personal/school accounts separate.

When I got up this morning, I receved an email that a new device was logged in to my firefox account before an hour or so.

All my passwords are synced to firefox account. I am afraid and want to know what all information is stolen. I immediately removed old devices from accounts page under connected services. However, I see peculiar - 'unknown' device which I can not sign out.

Can you please log out my mozzila account on my laptop, i just have 1 laptop and it was stolen by someone, i just need to log out my mozzila account for my safety, so the laptop will not have any of my data

I am trying to convert from Chrome to Firefox. Everything is going well with my main account, but on my school account, I can't receive emails from out of my school district. Is there any way that I can make an account without email verification?

I have two separate Firefox accounts, one for personal use and one for business use. The accounts solely exist for the purpose of changing devices and syncing bookmarks, as I upgraded my personal computer some time ago, and recently upgraded my work laptop. When I went to log into the work account after changing laptops, I was forced to use the app to log in. I logged out of my personal account to log into my work account, but it appears that my bookmarks for both accounts are synced to both accounts. Is there a way to check if the accounts are linked, and if so, is there a way to unlink the accounts, so I can keep the bookmarks separate?

I wanted to sign in to my google account but the link under logging in is towards a help centre question about clearing cache. I can in no way log in to my google account on firefox. Can someone help me with this? I have been unable to sign in to google accounts on 3rd party websites for a while now. I'm using firefox develloper edition. i do not have this issue with normal firefox

every time i try to sign in i get redirected to https://support.google.com/accounts/a.../32050?hl=en

Heres some of the things i tried:

• Clear cache and cookies
• "repair" Firefox from the uninstaller
• Reinstall Firefox

To be honest it is quite a bit annoying and i cannot find a solution thanks in advance for any help

I received an email at an email account I don't use for my Mozilla Firefox, thus why seems suspicious and strange to me. So I researched it here and saw the answer to another persons same question. I did go and check, I am logged in. Firefox is my primary and I use it constantly. Also on my phone and tablet, same account. As I write this, I have about 15 tabs open and active. The email associated to my account is not the same as the one I got this email at. The email I got it in, I use for solicitation, signing up for things and things I don't trust. This is what the email stated (same info as what was posted by the other person that got this same post) I copied and paste vs. Screen shot... so the Mozilla logo didn't show up.
