I've been trying to open Google Docs on Firefox Desktop for a few hours and none of my troubleshooting has worked thus far. I've cleared my browser history and cache, have updated Firefox, disabled all browser extensions one by one, updated my proxy settings, changed my TLS preferences, and even added Google Docs to my trusted sites list on my computer itself; none of this has worked. I've been able to open Google Docs on Google Chrome, so I know that it isn't a problem on Google's end. If there are any other possible solutions, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am trying to pull up the list of the subscriptions and auto payments I have on Paypal. All the other pages on the site display correctly. Microsoft Edge displays the page correctly.

I have attached two screenshots, the first is how Firefox shows it. the second is the correct display using Microsoft Edge.

Note the correct page shows a lot of offers on the right side with the list of payments icons on the left in proper form. The incorrect screenshot does not show the right side offer material at all . The layout of the text and icons are nothing like they should be.

Changing the magnification does not help as my other Paypal pages are affected and the result is just a smaller version of the incorrect page with the icons still offset and is not usable for it's intended purpose.. Also the text is to small to read.

When I first try to open the page it flashes momentarily on the correct view, then immediately goes to the bad view. Is it possible there is some "locking" factor missing when I get the flash display?

This started within the last 6 months. I suspect something about the page is not on the same criteria as Firefox. If no one else has seen this then I must have something inconsistent with that page.

I've been having issues logging in to my Instagram account through the Firefox browser. I've tried entering the password manually, clearing cache+cookies, opening in troubleshoot mode, and turning off the enhanced tracking mode (in case that might've been causing the issue) all to no success. This has been an issue since I started using Firefox as my default browser about 2 months ago.

Hey everyone, I’m working on my website, lewisestimating.com, and I’ve hit a wall. Everything looks fine in Chrome and Edge, but in Firefox some parts of the layout don’t show up right. Images are out of place and a few buttons aren’t behaving like they should.

I’ve tried clearing cache, disabling extensions, and testing in private mode, but it’s still the same. Has anyone had this happen when working on their own site? Any tips on what I should check or tools in Firefox that can help me figure this out?

Would really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Hello everyone. From a while now that I need to change to Google Chrome everytime I want to put my credit card details to buy something online. Simply because the text boxes in Firefox don't show. They're simply not there. There are very few websites where they show up for half a second and disappear right after. I've tried disabling "enhanced tracking protection", disabling all my plug-ins, changing the "hardware performance" option, cleaning cache and cookies. Nothing seems to work. I'm going crazy because I like firefox and I want to work always in this one browser, not changing each time I want to do a different task. Similar thing happens with some websites when they freeze before you explore them and the pop-up window comes asking you about the cookies. But some of these, the window disappears right away, so I can see the page but it's stuck, because I didn't manage to accept the cookies option

Please, can you advise me what can I do? It's getting very frustrating, I'm really considering moving everything to Chrome and I don't want to. Thank you.

My FF just updated to v145 (no errors) Now, in Facebook, when I click on comments the field is not displayed. If I close and restart FF, the first time I click on comments the comment field shows as normal, but any subsequent attempts the comment field is no longer visible.

On nearly a daily basis, at some point my Yahoo mail tab indicates a lost internet connection when I have no internet connection issues with any other site... including Yahoo. At first I could simply close the yahoo mail tab and reload it, but now I have to log completely out of my computer to restart it. If I simply try to open mail again, the tab simply continually searches for the site (at this point it has been trying to open the site for about 15 min). In searching for a fix, I found numerous other people have had the same issue (seems to go back as far as 2023, but in only started for me since upgrading to a new laptop). It seems to be only a Mozilla Firefox issue - but since Mozilla is my preferred browser I'd like to see if there is a fix before moving to another browser. Thanks for any guidance anyone can provide.

After years of opening Outlook/Hotmail from my bookmarks or by entering the address, suddenly five days ago I can’t. All I get is a blank page with the address in the address bar (image attached). Using the same address, I can open it in MS Edge and Norton Private Browser, which has all of the Firefox bookmarks. I’ve spoken with Norton help, thinking that their program caused this, but they couldn’t solve it. Thank you

msn.com and outlook.com recently changed their login procedure and I can't login using firefox. I get an error 400.

I can't sign in to TikTok anymore. This just happened recently. I can sign in on different browsers or on incognito browser but not on the regular browser. I have deleted all the cookies/browsing history and it still doesn't sign me in. There must have been something that was added or downloaded/Updated in the past week because this just started happening yesterday. Please help...

When i try to print a pdf file trough gmail trough the preview window of the pdf, instead of printing it downloads a pdf file with a very long name (example of real filename: ACFrOgAcZiEDMs3JEBQmIpDaAGloJLSCzqQnju2ahdPe2m6v--kxq5xmHsQ3_OiYnd1RVZ5fR46JDQDXONNeSB2VeMNtaXzW3U7wPL1OahSYDRH2GxIrcVbFC68h2sFQPuJpmH_Id0M_oYukAKAjAq4dkn6a4oiPfF9Un5V3Cw==) which looks like javascript to me.

when I open the pdf file (my default viewer is adobe acrobat) it opens the file instantly with the print dialog open.

I have tried about:config booleans regarding opening and downloading pdfs

I have tried checking firefox settings and there is only "always ask", "save file" and "adobe acrobat" options and no "open in firefox" option and when i make it "always ask" and choose "open in firefox" from that option it just repeatedly gives me the "ask" window on new tabs each time i click ok.

I have also checked popups for gmail, they were not blocked so i have disabled and re-unblocked popups from gmail site

it works on every other site but gmail which is the main place i need to print files from.

Hi, I can't get youtube to load using firefox. Every other site load but youtube. I restore my pc to a later time and it still doesn't load. I up dated firefox and that didn't work. I deleted my cookies and still no luck. Youtube will work on Google chrome, but I don't use that chrome. What do I do next.

The "X" to close a website banner message is covered up by the vertical navigation bar on the right side of the screen in both minimum and maximum display modes. So the message banner cannot be closed.

Hi, I’m trying to use the audioTracks API from the Web API. I found out that I need to enable a specific flag in Firefox, but it doesn’t seem to be working as expected. Even though my video has multiple audio tracks, it only shows one audio track and doesn’t list their properties correctly. But In Chrome, Edge and Safari it is working as expected. Here I am attaching the screenshots of both Firefox and Chrome for comparison. The Blank drop down is from FireFox.

I cannot login to my aol email account on firefox desktop. All was fine before I turned pc off to go on holiday for 10 days. I can login on edge chrome etc

Have tried the usual things like clearing cache etc but not sucess

Please help I use fire fox for all my business so need to get access on it for aol emails

Since updating to the newest Firefox instance, anytime I try to login to my Hotmail/Outlook account I get the following error: "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password." If I wait several hours I can login with the Firefox browser into my Hotmail/Outlook account successfully. This happens every singe time I try to login to the site after a period of time. Alternatively I can go to any other browser and login immediately with no issues.

Troubleshooting:

• Removed/Reinstalled Antivirus/Firewall Software (Did Not Resolve)
• Removed/Reinstalled Firefox with fresh instance (Did Not Resolve)
• Disabled Extensions (Did Not Resolve)
• Disabled Privacy Settings (Did Not Resolve)
• Cleared Cookies, History, Cache (Did Not Resolve)
• Cleared Forms (Did Not Resolve)
• Tried Private Window (Did Not Resolve)
• Tried Troubleshooting Mode (Did Not Resolve)

I don't want to have to switch to another browser for my browsing needs, but this has become a major issue for me. What else can we do to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
