My website is shown as insecure. If I open it with Chrome, it is okay. If my girlfriend opens it from her computer with firefox, it is okay too. What is wrong here?

This was one of our primary suppliers for technology. Contacted them they just said "suck it up, princess".

Recently AWS started doing "human verification" on all VPN traffic to websites they host on their CDN(s). This results in all our Windows 10 PCs running Firefox ESR 102.13.0 going into an endless "Human verification" loop, never able to access the website.

On the Windows 2012 R2 server we have access to the above website works. We see "human verification" for a second or two and then the website is displayed.

So, copied my profile from a Windows 10 PC that doesn't work to the server and it works.

I've tried with tracking protection off. Turned off all adblockers, run in safe mode with all addons disabled, cleared my cache, deleted all cookies Created a new profile and still no go. Turned off Windows firewall, moved hosts file out of the way. Still no go. Also deleted prefs.js to run firefox as completely vanilla without any changed preferences.

I'm not inclined to install malware, so chrome based browsers are not an option. They are actually blocked so I couldn't install them even if I wanted to.

All PCs are on 21H2 3208. Upgrading is not an option at this time. PCs will be upgraded mid-late 2024.

All PCs are required to be connected to VPN at all times as we work from home. Being on call late into the night also means we can't just disconnect. We use NordVPN. Yes I know there is a lot of paranoia about VPNs being the source of all online crime. I just think that's an over-generalization. A convenient excuse.

https://www.scorptec.com.au did a similar thing earlier this year, but at least with them we get a captcha and can get to their site.

Could this be a browser issue, or is this more likely to be a Windows 10 issue? Also updated Windows 10 to latest patch each month and it's been the same for three months.

As of today, DirecTV is no longer supporting Firefox for watching live streaming. They show the attached image. Brave works, too, btw (Chromium-based browser). Do you know why this is happening? Has Mozilla been in talks with DirecTV about this? I use this feature every day.

When playing any Ren'Py web build on Firefox Windows, the frames freeze while entering inputs. Depending on what is being displayed on screen, sometimes it will still continue despite the mouse movement, but most things just completely freeze up. Once the inputs stop, the frames will skip ahead to where they should be. This only seems to happen on Windows, as I was told it is not repeatable on Ubuntu using Firefox. This is also not an issue on Chromium based browsers.

Kroger web site will not open with fire fox but will open with google chrome. It is my survey site http: not https. I have this setting under privacy and settings. I need to go over the head of the Mozilla Triage manager who has left https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1406865 open without a resolution for **seven years**. How do I do that? This is a bug reported in Firefox 57 and **still** not fixed in Firefox 125. I cannot find any support category anywhere in the Mozilla website that covers appealing a decision by one of their employees. The last comment from this uncooperative indivisual is "But given we support it on macOS and Windows yeah, it seems not very objectionable." Who is this **clerk** to override the fact that a number of customers very much find this "objectionable". I cannot find anything on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/ that addresses this issue. I cannot find even a surface mail address for Mozilla. For example my complaint has nothing to do with any of the following:

   I want to donate to Mozilla
   I have questions about using Mozilla’s trademarks

Yes I am having a problem with Firefox, but the clerk responsible has, through sitting on this issue for **seven years**, basically told the entire community that he doesn't give a reservoir.

In particular I feel this unacceptable behaviour should be brought to the attention of senior management, but there are no contacts for anybody in senior management.

Trying to get to the "http://localhost:631" website from my Ubuntu 22.04, but always get "can not connect". What is going on? What do I need to do to fix this? I have tried to add this website to the exception list but it changes the http to https.

I'm getting the F7701-1003 error every time I try to play Netflix (works fine on other browsers). I tried every step of this guide this guide and triple checked it. I tried uninstalling, resetting profile, I that checked resistfingerprinting is turned on. I'm kind of at a lost. At this point I'm being forced to use other browsers...

Whenever I try to sign into any Google site whether it is Gmail, Google, Youtube. or even signing into a site with a google account like Pinterest I get sent to the google help page taking about clearing cache & cookies. Even from there when i click sign in it just refreshes the page never actually taking me to the sign in page.

Starting yesterday, every youtube video I try to watch never plays or is in a constant state of buffering. It works fine in Edge, and Twitch streaming has no issues so its definitely not my internet connection.

I've already tried clearing my cache, rebooting, clearing it again and refreshing Firefox and the issue remains. Disabled adblocker as well. I am currently on version 106.0.5

I have been dealing with problems with Firefox and YouTube for a long time. Every time I open a YouTube video in a new tab it would always give me this grey screen that goes away after a long time waiting.

I have tried:

• Refreshing Firefox
• Reinstalling Firefox
• Troubleshoot Mode, which the problem persist in troubleshoot mode so its not an addon
• Tried creating a new profile
• User-Agent Switcher which doesn't work all the time.

I want to avoid going chromium-based browsers but this is making me consider.

I was told my bank that there has been an issue with firefox since the last upgrade. I can sign into my account, but if I try to do anything or click on anything, the site locks up and I can not do anything except for sign out. They told me that it was on your end and that you needed customers to reach out. It's becoming frustrating that I can't use firefox for this application. I can get into my account and do what needs to be done with other browsers. What can you do on your end. The bank is Mission Federal Credit Union. Thank you! Since doing an update on the Firefox browser, I am unable to access one specific website that had no issues prior. The website that is no longer available to open in Firefox is owned/managed by an organization outside of the USA. After 3 or 4 days of attempting to open this specific website, I launched a Google browser and had no trouble opening the website. I am hoping that Mozilla is not going to the culture of suppressing religious freedoms by deciding which websites can and can not be accessed on that basis.

https:\\archive.org works perfectly in Firefox on Win-10, but on a new Linux Mint install, (with default Firefox as included), this particular website simply displays as a blank white screen. Every other website I try on the Linux install works perfectly; it is only this one website which does not work.

There are no add-ons, no proxies, no security suites, nothing extra. I cleared all cookies and cache. Tried running FF in Protected Mode. Nothing seems to fix it.  There are no error messages displayed - just a blank white screen.

And, to make it worse, I am not particularly computer-literate, (I'm 82 years old...), so you will have to give me simple guidance if I need to get involved with deeper logging etc.

This is a recent hiccup and only seems to affect Firefox 126.0.1 & 127.0 (I'm running Win64 EME-free):

I have a HTML file which displays images from various weather-cam websites, using the HTML "img src=" tag.

On previous versions of Firefox all was fine, however since 126.0.1 one image in particular will not display - it simply shows a broken image place-holder. Using MS Edge and Chrome, it displays correctly.

I suspect it's something to do with the "auth=" 'key'?

Before the update on April 29 I had no issues with my eBay account on Firefox. Now I am unable to get the pages to work properly. I cannot list any items for sale nor can I change any of my items in my store. Nothing saves and then redirects me to the homepage. eBay is one of my trusted seitz so I have no idea what’s causing this. It’s not eBay because my other accounts work fine on Chrome and on Safari. It happened exactly when the last update happened. And the only way that I can actually get back to the original site is to clear all my cookies and log out and start all over again, only to have the same issues over and over. I don’t know who to contact. I’m losing money in my Business every day because of this so I’m going to have to change my browser unfortunately if I don’t get a solution as soon as possible. Thanks for anyone who can help appreciate it.

This problem exists ONLY on Firefox. I vary search engines, from DuckDuckGo to Presearch and Startpage depending on the search results I get.

For no apparent reason I will get a "suspended connection" message on Startpage while using the Firefox browser. I have included both the link and a screenshot of the problematic page. The page will open perfectly several times, and then suddenly, in the same session, if I open a new Startpage tab, this message will appear. While the suspended connection message is visible in Firefox / Startpage, I will try Startpage in Edge, Opera, Chrome and Midori, and they all open to the Starpage beautifully.

I am using the Firefox 125.0.3 browser, I have cleared caches and cookies, and run full malware scans, with zero negative results, and yet this problem persists. It is sporadic, and does not occur on a predictable basis. It occurs whether the Mozilla VPN is on or not, and switching from on to off or off to on changes nothing, even after refreshing the page.

I am assuming that this is a Firefox issue, as the problem does not occur on other browsers

I can easily switch browsers and / or search engines, but Firefox in conjuction with Startpage is my preferred combo. I just find it frustrating in that I cannot fix it myself.

Some sites stopped opening, although in other browsers, and through the phone everything opens up. I've tried reinstalling the browser, disabling extensions, resetting DNS. It didn't help. In Chrome he working. Sites like youtube twitch and other poplar working too, idk why firefox have problem, maybe its new update?
