Starting about three weeks ago I began receiving the following message when trying to access the above website: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.kohls.com/" on this server.

Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

Up to a few days ago I was able to see "View all memories" from One Drive in Firefox. Not anymore.

I am subscribed to One Drive. Every few days I get an email from One Drive with the past memories from the day of the email. I will open the emails and click on "View all memories" then it would take me to the One Drive and I would be able to see those pictures individually. For a few days now I have not been able to do this on Firefox anymore. The website goes to gray like it is trying to download the pictures but it gets stuck there.

This is happening both on my desktop with Windows 7 and my laptop with Window 11. Everything works in the Microsoft Edge browser. I can see all the images individually from that day.

I have communicated this problem to Microsoft One Drive and it seems to be a browser problem. Is there any way that this problem can be solved in the Firefox browser?

I visit the nbcnews.com web site frequently. For the past +/- 48 hours, I have been having issues. I can open the home page and scroll from top to bottom just fine. However when I now double-clcik to open a specific article, that article page opens for about one second and is then immediately replaced with a page that says "Something Went Wrong. Access to NBC News is temporarily unavailable. The problem will be resolved as soon as possible." This happens on whatever article I select. It also happens on 2 separate computers.

I e-mailed support at NBC News. Their response was "we cannot duplicate this behavior." They suggested I try another browser. I do not use anything other than Firefox, but I found an old installed copy of Internet Explorer from... 2015. IE opened the NBC News main page and all of the sub-pages just fine.

My Firefox just updated to version 115.30.0esr X64 within the past several days. I am not certain if the NBC News issue happened as a result of that update or not. Has anyone else experienced similar difficulties with this web site or as a result of this latest update?

Lately when following links from google searches to some sites I get a "can't find" or "access not allowed". These sites tend to be hardware stores - specifically Home Depot or Lowes and some times Walmart. It is NOT my OS!! Because I copy the URL and paste it into Chrome and it works just fine.

Obviously switching to Chrome would solve this issue - but I've used Firefox for years and prefer to stick with it.

What's changing out there that is causing these incompatibilities?

Hi Mozzies When I try to play news videos from my local radio station I get this error. The videos originate from our local TV channel which uses Brightcove hosting. Safari and Google Chrome can play the videos. If I go to the source on the TV channel, I can play the video. Hardware MacBook Pro OSX 10.14.6. FireFox version 115.30.0esr (64-bit)

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? I am able to open the Lowe's and Home Depot home pages but receive an error message like this when I try to load any other pages for their products or my accounts: "You don't have permission to access "www.lowes.com/l/help/truck-delivery"" on this server. I tried to resolve this by calling their support teams, but they were not able to help me from their end. This leads me to believe that something on my desktop is causing this. I do not have this problem with any other websites. Can you help me resolve this?

Hi, I have to use Firefox 115.18.0esr (64-bit) due to depending on accessibility tools I need.

I am now finding that websites based on the Discourse Forum will not support this version of Firefox so I was wondering if anyone knows of an FF fork that might work.

I had family over at weekend and ironically none of their Apple devices could access such forums either, not on their iPhone or their iPad.

I tried to contact Discourse but of course their own site depends on the latest version of their awful forum software too.

I think that it is shocking for any website or app or other service to just cut loose disabled, elderly and those in developed countries who depend on old software.

I am still on Win7 as that is the only platform that runs the tools I depend on.

One member of my family was talking about running an Oracle Linux server in the Cloud (wherever that is) and running virtual machines (whatever they are) to allow me to run old and new, but they said that might take months to setup and could not even be certain it would work.

I find it ironic how website are designed to not lose a single user through bad design and they they cut of thousands with this archaic policy.

So I am here to ask if there is a workaround, either a fork that works with these sites or a hack of 115.18.0esr (64-bit) that makes it report that it is V142.04 or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

a web site continues to say mozilla browser need update to correctly access web page. I have downloaded latest update ESR for Firebox (using windows 7 OS) But web site still says I need update! Is it me or the web site that has the problem?

Trying to reactivate my Adobe CS6 software package and when I try to login to the Adobe website it tells me that to access the Adobe site I have to update my Mozilla browser by adding JavaScript to the browser. Why is this required and is there any means to access Adobe using Firefox without complicating the browser by adding JavaScript?

I have latest one version of Mozilla. 115.33.0esr (64bit) on High Sierra 10.13.6. Why I obtaining this message from Google Drive - DOCS ? I think at this browser missing lots of things, some web pages do not show correctly and is impossible to report it, notwithstand Mozilla have button to reporting. Anny idea? When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

I'm trying to assist someone with a weird problem when using Facebook Chats from a Windows 10 Acer laptop. Often when they send a message, it disappears from their chat history BUT it stays in the recipients chat log. The recipient can reply to it but the original sent message stays gone from the senders history, it doesn't reappear when the recipient responds. Previous sender message history remains unaffected. Also if someone send them a message it will often disappear before they get a chance to read it, or it disappears shortly thereafter. I have tried clearing the cache etc to no avail. Any suggestions please?

I am using win 7 ultimate, with fire fox 115.32.1 ESR,. The LinkedIn main window gets squished to top left corner in a small square, other pages open up normally. Internet archive site does not sign me in as the blue button of sign-in doesn't function. I can't change pass words nor sign-in. Website Cell Press opens research papers in a single verticle line in left corner, downloaded pdf papers open normally. Other browsers like Comodo and Chrome do not cause such issues.
