For the past month or so, I'd say about 20% of the websites I visit using Firefox just show a blank, white screen. (See allbirds.com site image attached for example.)

1. Cleared the cache and cookies to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 2. Entered Troubleshoot Mode to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 3. Disabled all extensions to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 4. Disabled "recommended performance settings" and hardware acceleration--in combination with some of the above--to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 5. Reinstalled Firefox to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 6. Also paused/disabled VPN (Nord) and anti-virus (McAfee) to see if that made a difference. It didn't.

Any other ideas?

I have been using Firefox ON this desktop since Feb. 13, 2019 But used Firefox way before that on other desktops. I just saved my profile from one to another and in 2019 I got a new computer again and I never have cleaned it up. I did searches on how too but nothing on how to get rid of passwords and user names logins on websites I no longer used except for one at a time, that will take me weeks,months to clean Firefox up, and how to clean up bookmarks the same, and so on. Today I saved a copy of my profile folder and was shocked to see it is almost 2GB. It explains why some days Firefox doesn't load properly, and why getting stuff done on here is more than a feature, it is bad chore I really need to tackle this and hope you guys can help me out on getting this mess cleaned up. I searched the forums and found a few similar entries but i couldn't see any solution so far. Whenever i try to open my inbox the page initially loads and shows the progress bar but after the progress hits 100% it just hangs there and nothing happens. See screenshot please. Gmail works normally in other browser (MS Edge) and my Android phone. I've been experiencing this issue for more than a month now. Not sure exactly when it started. Probably with v134. Installing v135 fresh didn't change anything. This is one of the most persistent issues i've experienced about browsers. I use Avast AV but all browser modules are disabled + web shield disabled.

So far i tried these steps to no avail: - Clear cache and history - Clear whole site data by using "forget site" feature - Clear cache and cookies using the padlock icon next to the search bar - Disable/enable hardware acceleration - Disable/enable javascript (gmail requires javascript to work anyways) - Disabled all add ons/extensions, tried safe mode - Reinstalled firefox after uninstalling and deleting any left over folders

My system specs: - Windows 10 pro 22h2 x64 - ASrock B450M HDV R4 Mainboard - AMD Ryzen R5 3600X CPU - AMD RX 6600 GPU - 16 GB DDR4 3000 RAM, 250 GB M2 SSD

I have just installed Firefox on a new iMac, running MacOS 15.2. Firefox will not load any of the websites I have tried, whereas Safari and Chrome do. I have cleared the History and also set "No proxy" but loading still fails.

I'm trying to log into this page: https://accounts.firefox.com

The sign up or sign in button doesn't work. The first time I click it, it immediately refreshes. I click again and nothing. On the 3rd click, it just spins for 30 seconds then goes back to being blue. This continues every time I attempt to click further.

I can login on this page just fine using Firefox on my android phone. I can also login using the Edge browser. Matter of fact, I had to use Edge so I could post this issue.

This is a completely fresh install of Firefox, on a completely fresh install of Windows.

I installed firefox with all suggested options, when I open google play books and click on a book it keeps loading but nothing happens. Works in chrome and edge.

when i try to open an https link firefox show only a white page instead of the document from the link.

I make refresh without fix anything I totally remove firefox and delete also the registry entries and after make a new installation without fix anything.

Any suggestion?

For the past few days, I have not been able to use DuckDuckGo as my search engine of choice. Anything typed in for a search results in nothing happening -- there is no processing of the search query. Yet, when I change my search engine to Google, it works normally. I prefer to have the security offered by DuckDuckGo as my search engine and would request that Firefox explore and advise on this recent defect. Thank you.

When I do a search on Firefox nothing is being displayed - just a blank screen i.e. no results.

I've typed the exact address of some websites - not all work e.g. www.nsandi.com. Again, a blank screen.

What setting do I have to adjust on my browser or is this a wider problem with Firefox?

Hi, I've been using DuckDuckGo as a search engine for several years. Yesterday, I entered my search terms as usual, and all it showed me was a blank screen. Even searches that I did weeks ago simply come up blank. (see screenshot) When I searched in Google, it completed just fine. The same when I switched browsers (Chrome and Safari). This must be connected to a recent update either in Firefox or DuckDuckGo, but I can't seem to find information on how to fix it. Thanks for your help.

For over a week now yahoo finance and weather network for example will not fully load. Partial load looks normal and then constant cycling without completion. I have not made any changes at my end.

There seems to be an issue loading certain pages since the new update to v 136.01 (64 bit). I am not technical so wouldn't be able to tell you what sort of page I am looking at. However, the following "dashboard" doesn't seem to load since the recent update:

some times the Youtube video's won't load i thought that it's my network glitch but my network is good only in this browser the videos won't load sometimes and some website's like amazon also won't load some times it keeps on loading but nothing will be loaded . i need to restart the whole browser to make it work please fix it Zen browser .
