I have Linux OS Mint Cinnammon 22.2 and firefox 145.0.2 I have ticked "Save and auto-fill payment info" and my credit card ## are recorded. When I want to pay, the default credit card ## appear correctly, but if I click on them to apply, nothing happens. Every time I have to re-enter all the numbers ! Many thanks for your answer.

Hi! Was just wondering if there was something preventing me from opening these kinds of pop-ups. Recently, I've been browsing old websites and noticed that links that are supposed to be pop-ups don't pop-up at all. Then, I tried to do the same on my website, and it still didn't work. I've pretty much done every solution I could find under the Sun, but none so far have worked whatsoever. Is this a new feature or is Firefox just being weird again?

Please help ;_; it's been stressing me out real bad for the past few hours!

How do I confirm that the AI that was recently put into the browser is not working? I want nothing to do with this technology, if it is not able to be disabled then I will switch browsers.

I am not able to receive mail from a user sending me mail from a gmail.com account. I have communicated with my ISP Optonline.net and they state the there mail process "checks out" and the issue could be the browser I am using, Firefox. The last email I have from a gmail.com sender was 8/28/2025. I have asked two different gmail users the send me mail and have not received any of them. I have cleared the Firefox cache but that did not correct the issue. I come to you to figure this issue out and hopefully solve it. I am using Firefox on my MacOS Tahoe. There is a persistent annoying issue where whenever I close (physically fold) my laptop screen and reopen it, Firefox will be frozen. It will be frozen in the sense that I am unable to interact with any tabs or anything until I manually quit Firefox and reopen it (which automatically reopens all my tabs), making it usable again. This doesn't happen every time I close and reopen my Mac, but it definitely happens the majority of the time and makes the browser hard to use.

I've attached a screenshot of what a new window looks like when Firefox is frozen. It looks just like a Firefox window when unfocused.

Notes:

• It doesn't entirely freeze Firefox. In fact, I can "switch" to a different tab by clicking on the tab and then shutting and reopening my laptop again. The new tab will show on reopening but Firefox will still be frozen. This process can be repeated.
• I can pretty consistently replicate the bug by shutting my laptop, waiting 10 seconds, and reopening it. This will almost always result in the freeze.
• The bug still happens if I'm not focused on the Firefox window but on a different app.
• The bug doesn't seem to happen if I just lock my screen but don't shut it closed.

Things I've tried that haven't fixed it:

• Updating my OS.
• Restarting my laptop.
• Disabling hardware acceleration.
• Disabling themes and extensions.
• Deleting and reinstalling Firefox, including deleting the user data in the "Library/Application Support" folder.

Let me know if there's any more information I can provide or fixes I can try. Also let me know if I should go ahead and file a Firefox bug report for this. Thank you.

I have just upgraded to version 145 and the title bar has disappeared Even though I have the Title Bar option checked in the customize firefox panel. If I uncheck the title bar option and then check the title bar option, the title bar will appear, but when I close firefox and then restart firefox the title bar is gone.

I have really liked using the "refresh" button with my Firefox browser. The "refresh" button has disappeared from one of my two Dell PC's (I use Windows Eleven, and my Dell PC's have solid state drive). I know there are two other "help" buttons ("troubleshoot mode" and "clear startup cache"). The "refresh" button has really helped me to keep my Firefox browser working properly with my two Dell PC's. Thank you for any comments you might have about this.

This morning all my bookmarks have vanished, and I can't recover them using the instructions in the help articles. ALL WERE AVAILABLE LAST NIGHT. My home page is the only thing still there

There are so many reasons why people don't want AI on Firefox. If I wanted AI, I'd go and use a chromium browser. I came to Firefox to get away from AI bull, not to have it shoved down my throat here as well.

If the new AI changes roll out I'm going to be finding another browser that won't risk my privacy just for a machine that only works half the time or add to AI centers destroying the environment. Thanks!

Firefox version 145.0 in Linux Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS. When I open Firefox all tabs from previous session are gone. On "Startup" I have checked "Open previous windows and tabs". Which worked before but not now. It is very frustrating. How do I fix? The Profile Manager opens the settings and "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked. Checking "ask before closing multiple tabs" doesn't help.
