I want to change my Firefox password. Roboform has all my login info. When I opened the change password dialog box I was asked for my current password & Roboform filled it but the dialog box says it's wrong. How do I locate my Firefox password?

I was resetting my password entered my email code recovery key it didn't ask for my authenticator got an error invalid token then after retrying it asked for email and authenticator but not the recovery key the account now says I have no key

I changed my password.......still not letting me in....so I changed emails....I'm confused.....I want to know did my new pc accept my change of passwords from my older computer?

Tell me how to reset a new password, I simply forgot my old one. I have been using Mozilla Foxfire for many, many years and now it's a problem because a password prompt keeps on reusing my password that is incorrect.

After changing from Firefox to FF ESR I had to reset my password which I did not remember.

FF told me to enter my emailadress, that I would get a mail with a number to enter to get to reset my password AND that I had to enter the number within 10 minutes.

Since Friday I think I tried that 10 times. Every time the mail arrives late and the number is already invalid when I enter it.

e.g. I clicked to reset password at 18:10 but got the mail with the number only at 18:25...

when I tried to download the app, it says i already have an account but I don't know my password?? I do have Mozilla as my browser but I have been using Outlook for my emails.

I used my recovery key to get into my Mozilla account. A followup email arrived telling me that a new recovery key had been created. But the new key wasn't included in the email. How can I get another recovery key? It's a useful tool. Thanks Wayne Nelson

Sp I went away for 18 months and I got out of jail with nothing, no devices at all.So I'm trying to get back into my accounts My recovery account is [edited from public] @outlook.com, I have all the info to all my account there, but I don't remember the password or it's just locked me out I don't know.That account is also the recovery for firefox too. So I'm not sure how to get that info, but it's here someplace on this browser

I created an account to use on my Linux machines. From the start I have had nothing but issues. The very first password I setup and immediately had the browser save wouldn't work an hour later. Still signed in on the original machine I had setup the account on but got an incorrect password error when attempting to login on another machine. I know the password was correct. Regardless I changed the password thinking it might fix the problem. It didn't. I just got signed out of the first machine. After some fighting I got a password to work and was able to get signed in on all 3 machines. Attempting to sign in on a fourth machine I get the incorrect password error. Go to my account from one of the machines that is currently signed in and verify it is the correct password. Decided to change password again to see if that works as it did previously. You have to enter the old password to set a new one. It says the password is incorrect. I was able to login on my phone using the Google account login option. Please help.

I haven’t used Firefox in years. Recently, I got a new Mac M mini with the M4 chip and I’m trying to use Firefox as my primary browser because many websites don’t seem to work with Safari. Now, I’m facing a big dilemma. I don’t remember the password for Firefox from the past. It doesn’t seem to remember it, and I can’t change it. Every time I try to use Firefox, it keeps asking for this password. Can you please help me reset the password and set up a Firefox account that works seamlessly with my fingerprint as a password? If this is not possible, I’ll have to choose not to use the service.
