After last nights Windows 10 update, Firefox freezes whenever it tries to load. At first, I would have to try loading two or three times before it would actually load my home page. First try - Invalid applilcation, cannot load. Second try - loads Firefox with a blank home page, no searching; all bookmarks are inactive; only show "new tab". Third try - Firefox loaded BUT all Bookmark Folders have disappeared!!! Since then nothing is working even after updating it twice. I am still only getting a blank home page with none of the listed bookmarks being active. Each effort seems to bring about less and less function. Google browser is working fine, but I'm not found of that one - only use it as a backup.

Hello All I took my box to best buy because it was not working properly. They replaced the drive now I have no access to the passwords saved in firefox. Is there any way to get them back ? I have the old drive ! Any help greatly appreciated Gary

For the past couple of days I have been unable to send, save or discard Emails. I can do this in Microsoft Edge or on my iphone or ipad, so it can only be a Firefox problem.

Hello, With Windows 11, the Marquee Tag don't work correctly with Firefox . Nevertheless the tag work in MsEdge or Chrome .

Remark: Under Windows 10, Firefox run Marquee Tag correctly . The version is the same .

Hi I wonder why e.g.google storage is shown incorrectly in FF on windows10 latest version. OK in Chrome. See attachment.

Every time I use Firefox instead of saying United States at the bottom it's United Kingdom. How do I change this to show that I'm in the States rather than in the UK? I'm using the latest version for Windows 10 which is Version 111. There are sites that are blocked due to it erroneously showing that I'm in the UK not the US...

After using the browser and closing it, Firefox continues to run in the background and hangs in the task manager, despite the fact that the browser is not running. We have to manually terminate processes. Strange behavior!

When deleting emails in my Outlook account n one of the firefox tabs, if I click a little too fast it suddenly opens a new window with the next email in the list. I have firefox set to open tabs, not new windows. And I cant see any setting that should be making it open a new window when clicking delete. Its never done this before till recently and its very annoying.

bI was charged 38.98 , 28.98 on my card and I want it back I never authorized it never agreed to it this site was supposed to be free . No one said otherwise so if it's not returned I'm going to my lawyer . I've been with yellow folders for several years. In the version that I have now, version 111, no longer works. I do not know because it doesn't work now. Maybe version 111 no longer admits it? Do you know how to put the yellow folders?

WTF?! You guys do not even have a technical support category?!?!??!

The latest update has broken ebay.com.au. It works fine in private mode. It WILL NOT WORK in troubleshooting mode. Works fine in other browsers on the same Windows 10 PC. Ive also tried disabling addons and extensions, and even Pocket, as well as browsing protection (the shield icon). It just sits there saying "transferring data from ".... the next bit varies, but usually says ebay.com.au, or sometimes a different page, but it NEVER COMPLETES.

I get that it might have trouble with unusual code, but WTF is with firefox not working with EBAY?!

The little image shown will appear and float on the left bottom of pages I open including secure pages that require me to log in to enter. That little stick man I consider a security threat and have tried to get rid of it to no avail.

The picture I captured of it was when it was on blue background. If on white background, just the circle with the stick man in it.

How can I delete it?

Hey out there,

I've recently been strugggeling with Firefox (got latest version installed, System is running Windows 11) in terms of not being able to use the "Sign in with Apple".

On Chrome it still works, but after typing in my Apple-iD credentials, Firefox doesn't let me finish the sign in. It doesn't work if I want to sign into an Application nor a website using the apple sign-in option.

I know there are different ways to sign in but I tend to use this one thanks to it's simplicity and would therefore be happy if anybody knew the issue or even better, a solution to it.

Grateful for any replies :)

The web page, for my bank, won`t open. I have been using their web page, for a number of years. When I go to the web page, and try to login, all I get is a screen, with a circle, that keep circling, as if it were buffering, and never gets to the login page. Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome seem to work, but not Firefox. My bank is Security Bank Of Kansas City. https://secure.securitybankkc.com/login
