Dear Firefox,

I had to buy a new computer and when I tried to sign in to my Firefox account I could'nt remember my password, so I had to reset it. Doing so I lost all my bookmarks.

Is there a way that I can recover them.

Hello, I haven't been able to get UPS to work through Firefox. It works in Chrome....other browsers. NOT firebox which is my homepage browser. I have added it in the privacy section and it that doesn't seem to do it. Thanks! Alison

This error comes up on so many sites now. I am thinking of deleting this terrible browser and moving to chrome despite all of my uni resources being on firefox. Does anyone reccomend browsers?

I have tried everything and nothing works, I can only use websites in troubleshoot mode but don't unsderstand what the problem is in the code (I am not a dev or software engineer so I have trouble getting rid of the problem in code because I barely understand the code).

I don't want to have to only use this browser on troubleshoot mode, I have tried disabling add-ons that could be the issue like Adblocker but to no avail.

This is now effecting my studying and dissertation writing.

When performing a Google search in FF 'and' in Opera, the following is what I see:

The name of the website with the website link below it (and a colored website icon on the left side).

This would 'appear' to be a new layout since, even after clearing cookies, refreshing the page, closing the browser, and rebooting the computer, the issue persists

Q: Are other FF users seeing the same layout when performing a Google search (If not, what is the layout?).

I have two autofill addresses that i want to use, when i happen to type in a form on a website it saves it to autofill which I dont want. where is the option to save future autofills on/off

I dragged two Folders to my desktop and a bookmarked link from each appeared as a shortcut that I am now unable to remove. Dragging it to my recycle bin or pressing delete does not work and I am unsure as to what I can change in their Properties to fix the issue; changing the names does not work either. Thank you for any assistance.

but the new "extension puzzle button" really isn´t implemented well, I can´t move any extension around, customize or remove anything, very infuriating!

I like to only have a set amount of extension shown in that menu, so I don´t have them cluttering up my toolbar.

The extension icons are also massive in the drop down menu, which I would appreciate if I were on a device with touch, which I am NOT... So I am simply asking for more customization, since this button is a deal breaker for me! I presume this is also the case for a lot of other users.

And please also let us remove this button if we don´t want it. Firefox users really like being able to customize their lovely browser :)

Hi, I don't know why, but my firefox's console suddenly started highlight dom elements only with borders, without background colors for padding and margin as usual. How to get them back? Attaching 2 images: one from firefox, with current boder-highlights, and sadly one from chrome, because firefox doesn't have anymore, with background highlights, just as an example of how, circa, was FF before.

How to get back?

I have had to install another browser on my laptop. Sometimes when I want to access the comments section of a newspaper Firefox shows it is "loading". Just stays there, never complets the request or command. Other browser completes as soon as requested. Most annoying. Help please.

In the last month or so a new icon has appeared in the Firefox Toolbar. It looks like a puzzle piece and is near the far right of the Toolbar. If you click it you go to about:addons. Why is it here, and how do I get rid of it?

system was working yesterday,..i can pull up my e-mail on yahoo...can read it but now won't let me delete it..went and used microsoft edge per yahoo staff signed into my yahoo account and mail worked fine...it's something on firefox browser...anyone else having problems ???

Received a communication from you regarding using the "I tool" to avoid using twitter and to enable PDFs to be completed more easily. What is the "I tool" Where can I find it and how do I use it. Thanks.
