Hi,

I added some annotations to a PDF using Okular on CachyOS. When I open the PDF in Chromium’s built-in PDF viewer, the annotations appear in the correct positions, just as they do in Okular. I also checked using a few online PDF viewers, and the annotations display correctly there too.

However, when I open the PDF in Firefox, all the annotations appear in different positions than they do in Okular.

I switched to Firefox from Chrome as my computer is too old (OS-High Sierra) and wouldn't support Chrome any more I've had to restart several times and each time I reopen Firefox, all my tabs are deleted. How can I prevent this and/or restore my tabs?

I was assured transition to Firefox was seamless, but everything about it so far has been anything but.!The final straw was 3 step process to sign in to BMO online (just password w/chrome) Here its get verification code or go to extensions, ad blocker off, sign in to BMO, sign out, back to extensions , turn on ad blocker, carry on. Really? Settings suggestions seemed a bit like trial and error, and more time essentially wasted, as I now have a few hours invested trying to make this work for me. I am, admittedly no tech wizard, but neither an I stupid. I am minutes away from reversing the whole process and, much as I hate to, going back to the over-reaching arms of chrome/google. As I am not really expecting a response here, I realize this will just boil down to venting. There is much to Firefox that I liked, but the transitional road-blocks are exhausting . I will say it felt great to finally take that step, however temporary it was.

I am trying to login to one of my online banking websites and I am getting this message "Firefox prevented this page from automatically reloading" and when I hit the ALLOW button, nothing happens. I don't know if this related to the latest Firefox update ... but it's a real problem for me. I have to keep switching over to Chrome to login in. Please advise what I need to do?

I've been getting access denied from more and more websites. I messaged a manager from the website shown below, who said my browser was not up to date. I update my Firefox browser when it asks. I did it yesterday, but still got this message today. I haven't updated my macOS because I have been keeping some old software alive. That is no longer necessary. I am now running macOS Mojave version 10.14.6. I can upgrade to macOS Monterey version 12. Is it worth making this update? Will this solve my access denied issue from certain websites? Is there another way to fix this problem?"

I have just purchased the latest version of Mozilla for OS. My computer is older and the operating system is Monterey 12.7.6 I am assuming that my computer's operating system is too old and the new mozilla will not support my Monterey system, correct? Is there another Mozilla version I can download?

YOUR BROWSER [is bad] N VPN TOO. Sorry but it's TRUE. Can't use the VPN. It just turn OFF for no reason. I had to switch back to DUCK DUCK BROWSER. I purchase SURFSHARK VPN. still your browser can't keep up with a website like AFF.com. Very sad(GHETTOLY DISAPPOINTTED) tho. FireFox. NO GO!!!! FIX MY PROBLEM PLEASE. Thanks.

Note to firefox I.T. - I am not going to waste anymore time trying to get all this purple that was version 157 update. Get rid of the purple soon or I'll uninstall firefox. Microsoft Edhe is already on the computer and is raring to go.

I am getting an “iCloud stopped responding” error when using iCloud.com in Firefox. It continues even after disabling Malwarebytes Browser Guard and clearing iCloud cookies/site data. I can sign in and use iCloud normally in Microsoft Edge, so the problem appears to be specific to Firefox. Please advise how to fix the Firefox/iCloud compatibility issue. Never had this issue before, its a new gremlin. Thanks
