I have been using Firefox for years on two separate Windows PC's. Over the past 2-3 weeks, I have noticed that FF stops responding the moment that I click on 'Bookmarks' on the menu bar. I then have to close FF via the task manager. I can no longer access any of my bookmarks. I am running FF 62.0 on both computers. Computer specs are as follows:

Laptop: - 1 x Windows 7 64-bit - Intel i5 6300 @ 2.4GHZ - 8GB RAM

Desktop: - 1 x Windows 10 64-bit - Intel i7 4770 @ 3.4GHZ - 16GB RAM

I have tried virtually all of the recommended solutions on-line including: 1) resetting FF, 2) reinstalling FF and 3) Starting FF in Safe Mode. Nothing is helping with the problem outlined above. This is confusing in that FF has been my main and default browser for years and I have never experienced any problems.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I definitely do not want to switch to a new browser.
