Why can't I log into my old firefox account from 2013? My account was considered a "Theme Artist" and I only ever uploaded one theme. But it says the email doesn't exist when I try to recover the password through the email. Yes it is 100% the correct email, I've only EVER had two emails, I'm certain it was this one and I even have old emails from mozilla themselves talking about my account. As you can see in the screenshot though it says it's from "nobody@mozilla", but it definitely wasn't a phishing email so a lot internally has probably changed within mozilla since 2015. But, how do I talk to an actual developer to recover my account as obviously you guys wouldn't be able to help with this. I know it was a long time ago and a lot has probably changed internally with mozilla but I would like access to my account back.

I want to remove ALL the passwords in firefox lockwise. No answers here. This is the worse software design I have ever seen from firefox. The old versions allowed you to delete ALL passwords with one simple click, it looks like the only way I can get passwords removed in firefox lockwise is do so individually. Who was the mental defect that designed firefox lockwise without providing a ONE CLICK way to remove all passwords?

Sometime recently (as of 11/3/19) Firefox ceased to reliably print entire web pages. Instead it prints the first, last, and sometimes one middle page. The print preview function suffers the same error. Since the problem shows up in print preview I don't believe that it is related to the configuration of a specific printer. It doesn't seem to be a coding error in the web page as other browsers like IE, Chrome, and Opera render the page accurately. Because I don't print pages often, I can't tell with what version the problem showed up.

How can I remove the drop down bar that asks me if I "meant to go to" some specific place every time I do a single-word search in the search bar? Apparently this was a problem a few years ago with a Firefox update, and it has just started happening to me after this most recent update. It is extremely annoying and there isn't anything in Options that allows a user to turn it off.

I tried a potential fix posted in one of the older support threads regarding this issue (switching browser.fixup.dns_first_for_single_words preference from false to true) but it doesn't seem to have worked, even after disabling the DNS's "Web Address Error Redirect Service", then resetting Firefox and my router after changing that setting.

Another method I tried was changing my DNS settings I also tried setting keyword.enabled to false, but that did not work either.

I've attached a screenshot of the specific drop down bar I'm referring to.

Dropdown list is not working. I tried to uninstall/reinstall, also disabled "using hardware acceleration" and ran Firefox in safe mode. None of the previous attempts worked. Any help would be appreciate it.

When moving tabs from one window to other firefox keeps opening new windows when you miss.

I NEVER want to open a new window by dropping a tab on other window, so how do I disable that functionality?

The issue arises with the following steps

   find a cell with text (not formula)
   place the cursor in the edit line (formula bar)
   backspace to remove all of the text
   type in new text
   hit enter

A new line, char(10) is inserted after the text. Confirmed with a find function.

It did this with Firefox but not Chrome. Reported in Google sheets forum title "Why are line breaks being added to cells randomly" Can't see how to add link here.

What's the equivalent in Firefox of "on start-up, use current pages" from Chrome ? I have a specific set of pages I want to open when Firefox starts. A Google search produces outdated references to an option to use "current pages" In about:preferences.

Many websites that I visit have embedded Tweets. However they do not display correctly on my Firefox for windows. The text has strange character sequences embedded. The characters are 2 capital A with squiggles above, a cent sign and then one more Capital A with a squiggle. This makes it very hard to read

Is it possible to disable automatic "word search"? every time i'm on a page and hit some letter key mozila opens the automatic "search keyword" without my wanting it. I want to open the "search keyword" only when I press crtl + f and never, never in automatic. it also hinders to play browser games, I can not play games because any key that I press the mozila opens the "search word"

Starting yesterday, Firefox will not load the description section of any eBay listings (Chrome is doing the same thing). This is the error:

I am on my Mac Pro, running OS 10.14.3. If I open listings on a Windows machine on the same internet connection, the pages load fine. The problem persists even after clearing the cache/cookies. I need to find out what is causing this, as I use eBay on a daily basis for work. If anyone has any ideas, your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

P.S. The only extensions I am using are UBlock Origin (pages do not load properly with it disabled, either), Facebook Purity, and New Tab override.

Win7, FF 70.0 64 bit. YouTube, Amazon, eBay, etc., don't auto login. Most have me login manually and work ok afterwards. Some after I manually login, don't transfer to member's area and request login again or see me as a guest. Some, Amazon, eBay, etc. send me a one time password. Email (aol.com) and my credit union auto logins are the only ones that works normally. I've worked thru all the related fixes I can find, but none has worked. Usually save history, tried custom history.

The account dropdown on the outlook mail web page should contain 3 links: My account My profile Sign out Almost always all three are absent using Firefox, always present using Chrome. Win10/64 1909.

I am trying to access an academic article through my new university. Firefox opens the link through my old university, which was convenient for years, but can't find how to change it.

I added several custom search engines to Firefox on Linux by right-clicking their search bar and clicking "Add a Keyword for this search". Now I want to set one of them as my default search engine. However, despite the custom ones are working flawlessly with a keyword, I can't find them in the Firefox settings. I know that there are Plugins for several search engines available, and it is even possible to create an own one, but I don't want to install a plugin just for a search engine I already have. Any suggestions?

I use Firefox as my default browser.

Whenever I click on a link in an email it opens a new Firefox window instead of opening a new tab on a Firefox window that is already open.

My preference is for it to open a new tab on an already open Firefox window.

I have looked in the settings / preferences and can’t seem to find where to make this change.

Please can you advise the process / steps for me to make this to happen.
