I just manually updated to windows 10 1903 from i think version 1803 a few days ago since for some reason it didn't show up in settings when i checked for an update. So I went to Microsoft's website to manually update. Ever since the update, only Firefox will hang. I have been using Firefox for a year now on this laptop which has 16gb ram and i7 processor, with around 600gb free storage on the hard drive out of 1 TB. Firefox always worked just fine until i did the manual windows update, now anything i do, whether scrolling, switching tabs, clicking something, will cause Firefox to lag and hang for several seconds before going on. Usually when i start up, it is just fine, then after about 5 minutes once i actually try to do anything, it starts the hanging. i notice that my computer fan sometimes will kick on almost exactly when the hanging begins as well... Google chrome works just fine, but I really don't want to switch browsers since I love Firefox and have all my bookmarks and logins on it, and I dont want to go back to a previous windows version. I have tried every single step in all the trouble shooting guides posted here, and nothing fixed it. Any help?

i just installed firefox in my macbook air. once i click firefox i keep getting this "important news" page about creating firefox account. i don't want it. how do i get rid of that page?

For example, when I open a window that's too big for my display or try to view a big image file in a window, it scrolls right. When I press CTRL or ALT, the keyboard shortcut for CTRL+Left Arrow (increases window size) and ALT + Left (back one page, but really back ALL the pages :P ) Arrow keep getting activated. I can type just fine in the window and in the URL bar, I just can't select any shortcut because the constant "left"-ing makes the shortcuts/saved searches/passwords unselectable.

Can someone please help? I closed and restarted Firefox, I disabled any add-ons (Video Download Helper and uBlock Origin are all that I'm running) and still this keeps happening. As someone who uses keyboard shortcuts a LOT, this is quite frustrating.

I find it impossible to load any other search engine on my lap top which I am using as a desk top, which is using windows 10 operating system and operates google. Paul.

Mac OSX 10.11.6. Have just downloaded Firefox Platinum. 67.0.4 Can't import bookmarks. Have followed instructions. No option in library window > bookmarks toolbar to backup and import

I have been face the problem with the log in and log out from the every site every time. please give me the solution for this. i have been tried all the solution and every setting but it can't work. fire fox logged me out from all the website and its trouble me ever time. please give me a solution as soon as possible.

I have FF 67.0.4, 64-bit; Windows'10, I have "Options" and Privacy & Security on Content Block set to Standard. I have no exceptions.

I booted into Safe Mode, and also disabled everything (ad ons, themes, etc)

But it did not effect FB and Pin.

What specifically do I need to do to get FF to save the ID and PW for FB and Pinterest?

My Windows 10 taskbar is set to auto-hide. For some reason, with Firefox on my laptop (but not on my desktop computer), Firefox will not allow the taskbar to pop up. I have searched for multiple solutions, and attempted:

- Restarting with add-ons disabled. - Closing the browser and then renaming xulstore.json before restarting.

The only solution that has worked temporarily is going into full-screen mode then exiting it, but again, it is only temporary, as either minimizing the window or leaving maximized mode will cause the problem to reoccur when the window is maximized again.

The crash has happened consistently on my machine as well as others. The scene loads and works fine in Chrome (mobile & desktop), MS Edge, Samsung Mobile Browser. One iPhone user did report a crash but I do not know which browser nor version they were using. SafeMode just gives the expected 'WebGL is not installed on your browser.'

Digging through the crash reports (listed below) I see a lot of references to WebGL. But these reports go way beyond my tech skills.

I'll gladly fix any problem in my 3D scenes that is offending Firefox (my preferred browser) but I just don't know what the problem is.

Pretty simple, File->Import from Another Browser....->Safari->Bookmarks. Nothing imported.

No details other than I don't want to use Chrome. Have been using Safari and have bookmarks that I want to carry over as part of my evaluation of Ff.

Not a good start for the first action I've performed on this browser.

Google Calendar is a very popular and widely-used product, so I would imagine this bug impacts a large number of Firefox users.

I've noticed recently that when editing calendar entries, the scrollbar that is used to scroll through the calendar entry textbox no longer appears with desktop versions of Firefox. The issue exists in both the Windows and Linux versions of Firefox -- I've confirmed it on at least four computers, both Windows and Linux, on which Firefox is installed and as far as I know up-to-date. (I have not tried mobile versions of Firefox because Google Calendar functions are handled in Android with a native Android app.) This is particularly problematic if calendar entry descriptions have more than a few lines, which is common.

I tried to attach screenshots that I had saved so it would be immediately visually obvious what was occurring, but when I select "Add images" on this form and select a PNG file containing a screenshot, the cursor just spins and spins and the image never uploads even though I'm on a very high-speed connection and the screenshot is only 60K in size. So the Mozilla team should also consider looking into that issue as well.

I would like to file a bug report, but Mozilla seems to be directing me to this support feature rather than a bug tracker, so I'm not sure if I can file a bug report or, if I can, how to do so.

When I am browsing on si.com, if I right click on a link within a story and select "open link in new tab," it opens immediately on the same tab I am on at that moment (as well as the second tab that I created through right-clicking). This does not happen with Firefox on any other site or when I browse si.com with Explorer/Edge...any thoughts?

tried fixes offered for older versions of firefox - - did not fix the problem.

newer version (my version is latest) was supposed to have solved the problem, but apparently not.

I filled everything out correctly and I was prompted to enter my age. I entered '23' and I was told:

"Cannot create account

You must meet certain age requirements to create a Firefox Account.

Learn more"

To which I was prompted to visit a link that said I had to be at least 13 years old to create an account. No, I did not misspell my age, I verified everything before I hit Create. BUT even if I did accidentally type '13' instead of '23', that should still be allowed by law! Now I cannot use my primary email to create an account and I am very confused, please help.
