why are all my passwords gone each time i go online
firefox is not keeping my toolbars or passwords. getting ready to try something else. ive had firefox at least 10 years.
when I try to open a link that page does not open instaed my internet home page http://192.168.8.1/html/home.html open
when I click for any link a new tab open which shows my interenet home page "http://192.168.8.1/html/home.html".When I open google even then link are not opening
Can anyone help identify why my firefox is crashing?

I have asked a similar question in the Thunderbird area.
My bootup is normal and I can open Thunderbird and Firefox (Ubuntu 16.04) All the tool bar navigation links on Firefox an frozen until I do the logoff/logon procedure. This is after a fresh, clean install. The same problem existed before the install.
Thunderbird will download all emails, but I cannot access any email until I logoff and logon the desktop. Thanks for any help.

When I go to primewire.ag, ,watchfree.to, putlocker.today, etc and click on a tv show a new smaller firefox page opens, or some other site that I DID NOT CLICK ON.
I have followed to the letter all the remedies I have received from your TOP Contributor Happy 112 and Nothing is working.
Every single time i go to a web site using Firefox I get redirects to other sites. If I'm using ZenMate the redirects are to English sites. If I'm not using ZenMate I get redirects to Thai web pages.
Now my question to Firefox 1. can this be fixed? 2. How do totally uninstall FireFox and reinstall it with none of my bookmarks and no extensions?

After I have downloaded and reinstalled FF on Win 7 x64 Ultimate, the add-ons, along with changes I made to the config file remained and were included in my supposed "clean install" of FF. How do I ensure that everything, including the prior settings and add-ons are really uninstalled prior to reinstalling FF?

Version 54.0.1 Firefox stops responding multiple times in a day. I have to kill the process using task manager. When I restart, I get the Well, this is embarrassing page". For example, I opened up Firefox to pay my Comcast bill and within a few clicks, Firefox stopped responding. Firefox constantly freezes and stops responding on Twitter. This has gotten much worse with the last two updates to Firefox. I really don't want to use Chrome (because of the tracking) but if this keeps up with Firefox, I'm just going to have to uninstall it.
I have a fully patched Windows 10 Pro computer. I have also tried uninstalling Firefox and re-installing it, but this doesn't solve this issue.
On this page there is a link to "Automatically add " information to this ticket, but when I click it it takes me to a web page that says "We're sorry, but we can't find what you're looking for."

I am having trouble with my browser crashing. After the tab crashed, I hit the refresh button and nothing happened. In the crash report, it says signature is EnterBaseline and the crash reason is "EXCEPTION_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION." This has me worried it may have been an attack or malicious code causing it.
If it will help someone solve this, I have the URL to the crash report I submitted, but I would like to make sure that it is safe to post the link, that it won't open me up to any security issue. Thank you.

It started when I wanted to export my bookmarks to html. it would crash. now it crashes if I ask for options. Something changed my homepage and when I went to my preferred homepage and attempted to copy the address it crashed. I seem to be able to browse OK. My bookmarks seem to be intact and I can click on different site. but if I try and do anything like do something with my bookmarks or choose options it crashes. I started with 54.01 64 bit and downloaded 55 but it still crashes. My operating system is Windows 7. All my other programs and various browsers are working fine.
A company, Colton RV, has figured out how to open a New Page under the current page I am using. When I close the page I am using this second page appears.

I've fine-tuned this browser to do a lot and I don't want to start over. I've seen suggestions for using Firefox portable on a USB, but as far as I can see, there is no portable for a Mac. I'd like to keep both for a while, then make up mind. I'm hoping there's a simple solution for this. I know I'm not the only one who doesn't want to give up their add-ons.
