The page has been loaded before and switching back and forward without anything changing - it gets the loading wheel on it and Mozilla has never done this before unless the page actually does need to reload but never just to switch between tabs. it is aggravating that the tab switch cannot be fast and needs it done even if it is just seconds between each. the image is the constant loading icon i get

Even to load it into this question took forever and I am on a really good broadband connection

For years I have been using Scriptish, and Greasemonkey before that. Now, with v44 and v45beta, Scriptish does not work. There is no text on the menus and the scripts I use on a perpetual basis do not load. I reverted back to v43 and everything was fine again. Even though I set Firefox to NOT update itself it did. So, at the moment, it looks like I have to re-install v43 for every session. Unless, of course, you have an answer?

Hello, After I watched a documentary using the BBC iPlayer site, I downloaded a copy to watch it later on. The browser (latest beta ver) for no reason that I could see - automatically opened over 750 tabs. The download seemed to take ages, and I wonder if this is a common problem. Let me know if more info is needed.

When I right-click on PNG or JPG image inside some webpage and select "Copy Image", I have a feeling that it gets stored in some "weird" format in my Windows clipboard. I say that because when I simply do Ctrl+V in Twitter or Slack, it should paste the image but it doesn't. I need to open something like Paint, paste there, then do Ctrl+C again and now pasting into Twitter or Slack in Firefox works. Really the only explanation I have is there's something funky about the clipboard storage format used by Firefox. Or what could it be?

Suddenly, I can not pull up Firefox. it is version 45.0. I was on the day before yesterday, and I was scanning through the support pages because I want to block the thing that stops Firefox from going to another page, but I never figured it out. Probably did something by mistake. Message: "Firefox is not responding" - blank browser screen. When I follow "We've made some educated guesses about your current browser and operating system" on the support page it brings up blank fields.

I did try to download a newer version a couple of weeks ago, but the download did not go through. I am able to pull up Safari, but I prefer Firefox. Running Mac OS 10.10.5.

Is there a phone number for Mozilla support? Looked and could not find it. Thankyou.

Bookmarks I have put on the menu bar and in the drop down bookmark screen just disappear, no obvious reason, I do nothing different. This started a few months ago, has happened twice since (including today), never happened in years of use previously.

Yahoo's webpage locks up the Firefox 45.0b6 every morning for about a minute. Freeze the whole GUI, nothing works until it releases. This has happened in the past, goes on for months until some update changes things, then it works fine for awhile, but usually something else stops working, a never ending cycle with something always broken.

Things are OK for awhile but then while going to read the next email it will take for forever, the email won't come up and then I get the no internet connection message. If I wait long enough things are OK for awhile.

I disabled all add-ons and plugins but it didn't fix the problem (although after I disabled everything things did speed up a little.

The 'Setting Firefox as the default browser does not work - What to do' article identifies the problem but does not give instructions for Windows 8.1. I've tried following equivalent process for Win 7 but it doesn't work. I still get asked if I want Firefox to be default program every time it opens.

I haven't used ReloadEvery for a while but I just noticed it has stopped working and looking on some boards see that the issue is widespread.

Is there an alternative to ReloadEvery or is there a fix?

Can anyone help i have Adobe flash player installed in windows 10 I get a error message when i try to open a chat room the flash-wave player has been blocked in Firefox when i got to my plugin check page Adobe flash player in not in the list ?.

I installed the new Firefox for Macintosh version 45.0b10. It freezes (continuous rolling colored ball) when I select under Print menu the pulldown menu for "pdf Preview". Upon making this selection the application freezes and has to be terminated.

Im on a Mac 10.11 - When searching for specifics (men's web belts, ex) I might get a listing of sites to search but when I hit one of the files I get blocked by "adult" content filter. I dont see that option in my Foxfire preferences or my Mac preferences. How do I get rid of that.
