after new window firefox not restoring my previous account data

today i had installed new windows after installing Firefox and longing to my old Firefox account after my previous data is not restoring please help

I logged in, nothing happened. I rebooted, nothing changed. I clicked sync, everything was the same. Where are my bookmarks and passwords?
