Today I have installed Pocket on one of my Windows PCs in the Firefox browser. I got the symbol on the address bar and it works. Now I want to install Pocket on another PC, but I don't get the symbol. Without symbol I cannot use it. I can login to Pocket on the second PC and open saved URLs, but I cannot add Websites to my Pocket account. How do I get the symbol?

WSJ.com is unusable on this browser. I've cleared cookies/site data, as well as disabled adblocker. Every other website works fine. Every other browser loads WSJ.com with no problem. But on Firefox with WSJ, the website loads very slowly, only ever partially, and sometimes not at all. This has been a perennial issue. Thank you.

When I try to log into my bank now, I keep getting this message. I know it is a safe site but now I cannot log into my bank to get my banking done. Below is the message I keep getting. This is a Firefox problem. I can still log in with Chrome but I prefer Firefox. How do I fix this.

I'm on windows 11 and firefox 131.0.2. I have been sent a couple of survey site recently asking for feedback, but they don't open using firefox. I initially thought the problem was with the site, but this morning when I had the problem with firefox I used MS Edge and it opened. The survey today was on https://survey2.medallia.eu, and it just sits there with the circle spinning and never gives an error message.

Any ideas on what's going on?

Firefox's "restore previous session" feature on windows 11 automatically populates the windows back into the virtual desktops they were in on startup. This behavior seems to be absent or broken on firefox in KDE Plasma DE.

Over the past two years it seems, both Firefox and Thunderbird constantly show "NOT RESPONDING" plus "FORCE QUIT or WAIT" while using the browser and the email. There never seems to be any reason for these messages coming up. In some cases the computer automatically switches from Firefox to Thunderbird while in the middle of performing operations on webpages (not always the same pages). Using Ubuntu 24.04 having updated from 22.04.

This crashing must stop...It is an annoyance that is troubling. 1st Reagan.com disappears (customer service), now constant crashing and not a word about fixing it, AFTER reporting it. Explain. Or lose a subscriber.

I use Google search and do not like the AI overview feature. In the Chrome, Edge, and Opera browser I've added an extension that blocks the AI. What I've noticed when I use FF I see no AI results when using Google search and I've not added an AI overview block extension. Is there something different about FF that prevents AI results from showing without the need for an extension? I look forward to your comments. Thanks

firefox keeps crashing during browsing after latest update, i do nothing special just the sites i always use. i`m browsing and looking than bam crashing, some times multiple times after each other. i use windows 10 if that helps.

i was just playing chess and the texture of the pices started glitching. already tried closing and opening but the glitch still remained it is also in other websites and in firefox ui. pls help

I wanted to sign in to my google account but the link under logging in is towards a help centre question about clearing cache. I can in no way log in to my google account on firefox. Why do I have to enter my logins and passwords for my MSN, Outlook, Yahoo and myyahoo everytime I start up firefox? It is getting very annoying.

So I had no idea about your rules about keys and if I restet my password all of my synchronization will be gone. I am using the same device that I had for 4 years, but I did a factory reset. I have an external monitor connected to my HP laptop. The display on the monitor is fine for all applications except Firefox. The text is readable, but distorted. Is there some setting I need to change?

Can several homepages, each one individually assigned to Mail, Finances, News, Video be saved and re-awoken upon startup as individual desktops or home pages ? I would like not to have to repopulate windows upon startup.

I think I know the answer to this question already, because all my searches come up empty, but is there a way to show the count of blocked elements on the shield icon? Obviously you can click on the shield itself and see, but I'd much prefer to display the info live similar to how uBO, AdGuard, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, Disconnect, et al do it.

If that ability isn't available yet, is there an official method to put in a feature request? I doubt I'd be the first one making the request, but perhaps I can add a vote for it to become a reality. ETP has to be about 10 years old at this point, it's surprising that option wasn't added a long time ago.

Upon reboot, all my previously open windows are all clustered in one window. They need only to be each individually dragged to an unoccupied "mini-desktop" at the top of my screen. This is far preferable to having to repopulate several additional interest-specific windows after each reboot.
