I downgraded to Firefox "128.3.1esr" and the problem is resolved. Now I'm staying on the older version till the issue is resolved. As the title says, when I open an image in another tab, is there any way to pan an image with the middle mouse button or any shortcut buttons, my pointer is locked to magnifying in and out and the scroll bars on the sides of the image are incredibly awkward to use so I've been looking for an alternative and I wasn't able to find any.

I downloaded a new Firefox browser in the hopes that it would let me access the other browser so I could retrieve all the settings, bookmarks, etc. However, everything disappeared when the new browser was installing.
Is there any way for me to retrieve that information or is it a total loss?

Every time I open Firefox recently, and the Yahoo.com web page starts up, I get an annoying prompt from global privacy control, that asks to allow or not allow. IT'S ANNOYING. I went into the settings for that apparent add on feature, that I DIDN'T add, and set all 5 settings to FALSE, but the program still pops up. It ALSO screws up the format of the Firefox web page, and shows the Yahoo News feed totally different and it's also VERY ANNOYING HOW do I totally get rid of the global privacy control? I can select the Firefox settings under security to tell web pages to not sell the info, as far as I know, correct, so I don't need the retarded global add on? ?? I want Firefox news feed like it was before the update. Thank you very much... HOPEFULLY!

I believe the issue could be that those websites require that the location is confirmed, but no pop is generated, thus causing the website to not work with Firefox. Login failure with a life insurance/annuity company. It takes my login information, then flashes a screen for one second then redirects to another page. The company is https://www.unitedlife.com/. I can open this site on my chromebook, using Chrome OS, but not in firefox on my PC. I am running 8.1 on my windows pc, and don't wish to upgrade to 10 (PC not compatible to 11). Note: the PC windows pc will not update to a current revision chrome browser any more. Any options/changes that can be done on the Firefox browser settings on the PC?

In Chrome and Safari it pops up a Login form.
I've turned off popup blocking in Firefox, no change.
I'm guessing there's a simple fix, suggestions welcome.
