I have Firefox on Windows 10 (latest build) and i am logged in with my firefoxaccount. I have in settings "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" NOT checked. However, when i close all windows of Firefox and start the browser again, all the cookies are gone. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it again, but that didnt help. I don't have any plugins that delete cookies.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I have not been able to sign on to Suntrust Online Banking for a couple of days. I get error message 'HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request'. I have cleared cache, updated Firefox, restarted browser, rebooted computer.
I can sign onto my account with Chrome and Edge.
I am using Firefox 67.0.1 64-bit under Windows 10.
I contacted Suntrust and they say it is a Firefox issue, not their issue.

A new problem has occurred since updating to FF 67.0.
My default configuration is to block all cookies. For those sites I wish to allow, I create exceptions to either Allow or Allow for Session.
On one of the sites I use I have an exception as: https://CompanyName.com Allow for Session (name changed to protect the innocent)
There are a number of subdomains used and so all subdomain cookies are allowed for the session.
As of FireFox 67, I could no longer log into the site. I found that it was stuck in a loop reloading the page.
If I allowed all cookies, then the login would work. Once logged in, I could block all cookies again and everything continued to work on the site. So it was only the process of logging in that was failing.
First thing I did was disable all cookie related add-ons. That didn't help. If I changed the setting for CompanyName.com to Allow, it worked. Next I tried setting CompanyName.com back to Allow for Session and tried each subdomain with the Allow. What I found was I need to change one specific subdomain to Allow, so now my exceptions list is like this: https://CompanyName.com Allow for Session https://login.CompanyName.com Allow
So it seems as though the necessary cookie for login.CompanyName.com was being removed early so the log in could not be completed. Once a log in was successful, I could look at the cookies and see them for this subdomain (as well as the others).
I can't see anything I did wrong, so I'm thinking there may be a bug somewhere in FF67.

When I try to download a .pdf file from my site using http://www.andycraft-beads.co.uk/a5BeadArtBookletGood.pdf I get a file of 5,083,136 bytes which then correctly opens in e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader. If I use https://www.andycraft-beads.co.uk/a5BeadArtBookletGood.pdf instead, I get a file of 46,153,728 bytes which is corrupt and un-openable. Both IE and Chrome open the file correctly from either source. Is this me?

Windows 10 Pro. I used to be able to choose "tools" then "security & privacy" then "manage date..." and it was trivial to select and remove cookies. This page has changed and it no longer has the "save changes" or whatever it used to be to finish the deletion of cookies. That area of this page is now blank and it is impossible to delete any cookies.

The problem occurs with Firefox (which I use a lot) but not with Microsft Edge (which previously I used only rarely). In Firefox: I can still logon, and proceed to see details, but when I enter into a financial transaction I cannot proceed further. Clearing 'Cookies and Site Data', but not 'Cached Web Content', as recommended by Firefox, makes no difference to the problem.

I would like to whitelist a site so that when I delete the cookies they aren't deleted for that website. Also is there an option to whitelist a site so the "do not track" message isn't send? I found on the website of Mozilla that that feature exist but I could find it (see screenshot) Also I changed the language of Firefox to English but it is still the one I got due to my IP.

I know this may be too specific a problem, but for about the last year I have been unable to make and save any changes to my favorites selection on TVGuide.com. When I try to add a channel, it at first shows up, but if I simply refresh the page the new favorites disappear again.
I have all cookies associated with tvguide set to ALLOW always, even the one for akamaihd.net web site, but nothing is working. There are now 2 new channels I want to add to my favorites but can't.
Anybody have any suggestions? (I have deleted all the cookies, through Firefox options, and had them recreated, but still no good.)

Up until 3 days ago I was able to delete individual cookies. I would click on the remove selected cookies in the manage cookies pop up window. Next I would click on save changes button. I would click on remove button in the drop down removing cookies window. Then the drop down window and the manage cookies pop up window would both close and my selected cookies would be deleted.
Now everything is the same until I get to the drop down removing cookies window. I click on the remove button and the drop down removing cookies window closes, but the pop up manage cookies stays open and the cookies I selected to delete are not deleted.
I don't know if it's a bug or what. I have restarted firefox - still doesn't work. I have restarted my Mac - it still doesn't work.
Hopefully someone can help me.
When I start the Mozilla browser it automatically places the cookie "amazon.cn". Where does that come from?

I'm experiencing a long-lived bug, or more possibly file corruption, that became important very recently. Due to another bug in Firefox 65 (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1249037), I need to change cookie permissions. In the preference panel under "Cookies and Site Data", the "Manage Permissions" button doesn't work, although being not gray. After clicking this button, the expected window is not shown visibly. However invisible window still blocks keyboard and mouse input to the original firefox window. Clicking away from the center of the screen or Esc would disengage and possibly close the invisible window. The consequence is that I can't see or change permissions from this window. I have been having this problem for several firefox updates so it's more like a corrupted file. Despite that, cookie permissions still function properly and can be updated through the icon on the address bar.
Although there are workarounds such as through the icon on the address bar, this is really inconvenient and makes it hardly possible to edit cross site or cross subdomain cookie permissions. How do I figure out what is wrong and correct it please? I'm using Ubuntu 18.04.
