My Firefox account ([email removed]@gmail.com) was automatically blocked because the confirmation email was returned.

I did not violate any rules and I have access to this email address.

Please review my account and help me restore access.

Hello, Having followed the advice as under: If you've previously made use of Firefox Sync, please make sure you're signed into your Mozilla account and have enabled Bookmarks within your Sync settings, because Firefox will automatically download any available data from our sync servers as long as you are logged into the account you used to sync.

Additionally, please consider that if your bookmarks are still available in the local storage of another device, signing into Sync on these devices will let you upload this account data and make your data accessible on any other devices you enable Sync on.

Andd checking the the Bookmarks tick-box was checked [as was last attempt] I tried to sign in to open the required page, but got 2 x 'error' windows, as attached, one for enail address [been using this for 2 yaers] and the other for password [how did I get this page up with the wrong password??]

I'm obviously a very dim Brit . . . . . please would you advise me as clearly as possible about whatv the heck is going wrong, thanx Kr CB

Mid day Sunday my whole account disappeared and I had to create a new one. If this was an update I dont like it I dont have the time for this. Why did this happen. I have been a supporter for years and now not sure

Hello, I want to make sure I do not have any paying services active earlier this year i had issues with data breach I did cancel some services but, i did not realize some came all from Mozilla like Firefox relay,mozilla vpn, mozilla monitor etc. I also seem to have created at some point two accounts one using my gmail and one using my hotmail since both emails had the data breach issues. Please contact me to confirm cancellation of any active memberships ( i do not want them any longer) using [edited] @gmail.com , [edited] @gmail.com Please delete all data of my accounts or any other information you obtained during services given. you can reach me also at [edited phone# from public community support forum]. Can you please log out my mozzila account on my laptop, i just have 1 laptop and it was stolen by someone, i just need to log out my mozzila account for my safety, so the laptop will not have any of my data

my email account running windows 10 - used to show emails sent to myself in my inbox. It does in fact show the emails in the sent box but it never show up in the inbox. 7 years it always worked - now - ng, Please help as I use this feature to trouble shoot. Thank you - michael
