Hello we have recieved several emails about our account needing us to sign in or the account will be removed - i am just checking if these emails come from you and i have now signed into the account and cannot see anything about the account being deleted

You notify us that your Monitoring Plus is going away on December 17, 2025, and you inform us that we can have FREE monitoring of up to 20 email addresses, but there is no info on how/where we can sign up for this FREE service. I've searched all forums and can't find info on this anywhere.

Can't find any way to cancel Mozilla VPN. It is not working. Cannot find ANY help to resolve the issue. It hasn't worked in over a year, and it just renewed. Not really wanting to pay for something that is not working, and has not worked for over a year, and there appears to be no real help to remedy this problem. Pretty easy request... I want to cancel, and would like the refund (30 days that you advertise, and be done with Mozilla. Please make my day and cancel this subscription and refund my money.

Trying to add a secondary email, change password, two step verification or basically anything that requires a confirmation code beyond logging in do not work. I keep getting codes in my email, enter in the dialog box, click confirm and...nothing happens. no loading icons or error messages. no indication that anything is happening. dialog box just gets stuck and doesn't do anything.

I previously had a Firefox account registered with my original email address. Recently, I changed the account’s primary email by adding a secondary email address, switching it to become the primary email, and then removing the secondary email address.

After completing this change, I attempted to create a new Firefox account using the original email address that was previously associated with my account. However, during the sign-up process, I receive the error message: "Primary account email required for sign-in."

It appears that the original email address may still be linked to the previous account in some way, preventing it from being used to register a new account. I would like to understand why this is happening and how I can free the email address so it can be used to create a new Firefox account.

Apparently y-all aren't to smart to understand the your customers do change their telephone numbers and email address from time to time. It appear to be to smart to have instruction to alert you customers to the location of the forms to be used to change passwords, customer names and email address. ya think?????????????

I logged into my account and couldn't find my account details. My email address is [email removed]@gmail.com. Firefox logged me out, and when I tried to log back in, I was shocked to find all my account data deleted.

Please help urgently.

Hello Support,

I noticed when I used "bing" to search mobile web sites, it would not open pages unless I pressed F5 to refresh the page? In some case idmobile.co.uk would not work or open the page?

So I decided to change the browsers search tool and chose "duckduckgo". I then noticed at the top of the web page that it says firefox was being managed by my "work account".....? I really don't want my work to see or even manage my personal firefox account, and I would like to know, how I can stop work from accessing firefox please? Afterall I never set it up for work use, as this is my perosnal computer and nothing to do with work at all?

Perhaps you can advise me what best to do.
