I have Firefox version 136.0.2. I think it was quite recently updated. The right click menu is broken. The choice list is much longer, and the choices "open link in new tab" and "copy link" (ones I tried) do not work. This only started happening this morning. Right click works fine in Chrome. Ever since updating Firefox to the most recent version my pause/play button does not work with tabs open. (like youtube, spotify(browser) etc.)

I tested for mechanical issues, but those do not seem to be the issue, as the key itself work perfectly fine. Different apps (like netflix, and spotify(desktop)) do not have this issue.

If you require any additional information in regards to this inquiry don't hesitate to ask.

very frustrated, and pissed at how programmers always screw things up that are working just fine by upgrading crap. Now, I have suddenly had all of my addons quit working, was forced to update my firefox. Nothing changed, and it still shows that I am using version 105, instead of the all-new, better and fancier, singing and dancing crap that is being forced upon me.

Firefox 136.0.1, Linux 6.8.0-55, have set Okular as default pdf application, however Firefox will not open pdf file when downloaded nor will it open the file when selecting Open File from the Download Icon on the toolbar. Only was I can get to file is to select Show in Folder option and open from within Dolphin.

When I send an article using the blue plus button and choose gmail my display name is my wife's rather than my own. This doesn't happen if I use Chrome. Since I prefer Firefox I would like to know how to fix this.

Firefox 136.0.2 (20250317120031) Update Issue..

Since this update I have been unable to access my gmail account. I am logged in, though I get the window (screenshot attached), and it hangs! I can access my gmail via a private window, though not the normal window??

I'm also unable to get into my Facebook account. As I login, it then goes to the window, which I am assuming should be the window showing the two-factor authentication, though all I get is the information of what the window is Quote: This helps us combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam, and maintain the integrity of our products. I have a very old version of Firefox (51.0.1 64-bit) on Windows 7 Pro. I know it's well out-of-date. It's not my "main" browser, but there are some things I use it for because there are (were) some handy old extension on it. For example there's an extension that simply copies any text I highlight, without my having to press CTRL-C. I find the "scrapbook" invaluable for saving info offline.

Yesterday everything was fine. Today ALL the extensions have been disable because "[extension] could not be verified for use in firefox and has been disabled". There is no option to enable them again.

I have backups of the extensions (xpi files), but firefox is telling me that they appear to be corrupted.

Is there any way to either enable the disabled extensions, or force firefox to reinstall then from my backups? I have toggled "xpinstall.signatures.required" to "false".

Not sure why, but Gmail is not loading, then Ebay shows gmail pic broken, and can't log into ebay either. I can log on bot via private window tho I have removed all ad-ons, uninstalled adblock, still no go, this happen with Some of the Firefox updates, but different sites. Thanks

I only want to remove the "whatsapp" content type because I prefer to open it in Firefox rather than in the Windows app. I've uninstalled Whatsapp from Windows, but the option is still in Firefox's "Applications" list. I wouldn't want to reset all the settings just to remove this entry.

Is there a way to remove just this entry in the content type?

I have no problems typing in a textbox on most websites, but for some time now, when I type comments on YouTube, the box alternates between working and freezing about every 7 seconds. It will work fine for 7 seconds. Then freeze for 7 seconds, then back to working again.

Any idea what the problem is?

when opening a PDF in firefox an auto dialog box comes up saying "now you can highlight your PDF's" with a highlighter symbol showing how its done.this ad is blocking my document and I can't seem to remove this ad box> how can I fix this and remove this

I have came to ask if anyone else has had problems with downloading a mod off of nexusmods.com and if there is a solution I have been having to switch to google chrome which I'd rather not because its so resource intensive on the computer
