I'm stuck signing into VPN. My email address is shown when I click on VPN in the menu bar but there's no on/off toggle. I click Get Started, it says "Signed in Successfully! Next: Turn on VPN" — but there's no place to do this. It says "Go to the open panel" – what is an open panel? There's an x in a dark circle next to the VPN in the menu bar. It feels like a continuous loop and I'm getting nowhere – that I can tell.

Dear Firefox.

I've now got 2 VPNs. One's called Proxy VeePN (that's how it spells it!) and the other one's your new one.

Proxy VeePN lets me use Pandora Music. Your one doesn't. Pandora can tell I'm in England on your one, it can't with Proxy VeePN (it thinks I'm in Switzerland, pretty sure.)

Why doesn't your one work with Pandora? I haven't tried it with anything else yet but then I really only use a VPN for Pandora Music anyway. Sometimes there's a couple of American games I play, but mainly Pandora. Why is it Proxy VeePN works with Pandora and yours doesn't?

Chris, Windows 10 user cos I can't afford to buy a new computer that works with Windows 11 (I know there's a registry hack but I don't think this one's fast enough anyway, was designed for XP and tends to die a death with 10, let alone 11! Too slow. The computer, not its owner!)

attempted to reach this site in my Mac "https://www.copera.org/" and get this error in return. Works when on my iphone no problem. I have in the past been able to reach this site on this same computer so i dont know what has changed or how to fix this issue. Any help would be apprciated.

The latest version of Firefox 150.0.1 (64 bit) does not work correctly for Twitch.tv and Canadiantire.ca. I can't login to either. Is anyone else having similar problems?

First of all, I thank the great volunteers that have structured this great browser- Mozilla Firefox despite the persecutions from the giant Microsoft. I love Mozilla Firefox and I support it. I am of those who wrote petitions against Microsoft for undue negative manipulation of Mozilla Firefox. My petitions went to the European Union, Federal Trade Center, Independent Press Organization etc. The issue of my complaint about Mozilla Firefox is the non-functionality of Mozilla Firefox's Bookmark and History: The bookmark and History has had problem for a long-time. Most people who use Firefox admire the Bookmark and History. Once you open your computer window, on the left of the window, there is a list of your bookmark and you do not struggle to search for your favorite bookmark as in Microsoft Edge or Google It is there on your left. It is the gold standard of structuring a browser. No browser can compete with Mozilla Firefox in this respect. This is the reason Mozilla Firefox remains one of the best browsers ever. If it is Microsoft or any other group, they would have rushed to mend this defect. I know that Mozilla is made up of volunteers. Could any of the engineering volunteers see what I am saying?

Before the update, I could use "cmd+shift+[number]" to open a new container tab. Now, nothing works. "cmd+t" opens a tab with "no container", which is completely different.

I already tried going to "about:keyboard", but opening a new container tab isn't even listed as an option.

While launching Firefox VPN browser all of my bookmarks were erased. Additionally, my backup copy of my bookmark records was also deleted. I have not been able to reboot or restore the system. I need help.

Anyone else had problems the last two weeks with performance? I'm on a macbook (Tahoe 26.3.1) and in the last two weeks tabs are constantly crashing or freezing. I have never had this before. It's doing my head in and I'm about to make the painful move over to Chrome if nobody has any ideas how to fix it?! I don't want to do that as all my bookmarks etc are set up on Firefox...

I keep getting this message at the top of each site I go to: "You must log in to this network before you can access the Internet" It thinks I'm on a captive portal?? I'm at home on my own internet network. Why am I getting this message?

How do I update Firefox on my rand McNally tablet When I factory reset it ,it went back to the original version and I can't get it to update to the version I had beforehand

I currently have Firefox 149.0.2 rapid release channel on Win10 Pro ESU.

I want to switch to the ESR channel.

How do I do that?

Is there anything I should be aware of to avoid problems?

Firefox for iOS. After most recent update, when I open new tabs I get

"Oops, something went wrong loading this content. Refresh and try again"

I went to settings to make sure Firefox Home was the default loaded on New Tabs, which it is. How do I fix this?

I can't log into chase.com from Firefox, which I've been doing for years. I get an outage message. But down detector shows nothing. It went on for days so I tried Microsoft Edge with Bing and it works. Is there some Firefox setting I need to change?

Dear Firefox friends, I am rather computer illiterate and use the internet only for emails and purchasing from Amazon. I have avoided installing Firefox updates, as they disable my sound and change language to Albanian, where I live, but don’t speak Albanian. Can you solve this, or will I have to just avoid installing updates? I have no concern for security; anyone can hack into anything they want, but it will do them no good; I don’t have anything that is sensitive, and my bank has everything well secured (and minimal funds anyway). Do you have a permanent solution – I don’t want to fix every update? I know you hate non-nerds like me, but I'm 80, and have neither the time nor inclination to be one!!!!
