Due to work reasons, we need to use Fiirefox 54.0.1 (64) and do not need to upgrade But When open the webpage https://www.alibaba.com/ , the login icon on the right cannot appear I searched carefully online but couldn't find a solution Please provide a solution Can you provide an email address? When I send an email using Gmail, Firefox stores a copy in "Sent Mail", another copy in "Sent", and another copy in "All mail" . Why is this and how can I stop this? Or how can I delete two of the duplicated storage locations? Thank you

I have an mp4 (h264 AAC) video of 37MB which plays acceptably from my website in Safari, Chrome and Edge, but when played in Firefox (my default browser) the sound and picture synch is significantly seperated. When the video is compressed to 26MB it suffers some expected loss of sound quality but plays with near perfect lip synch. What is the issue with playback ?

Firefox has become exceedingly slow. I have used Firefox for the most part going back to the beginning save a 2 year stint when Mozilla fell behind and did not update the product in the early years after ver 4. However, the slowness of Firefox is so bad now that I may have to find or use another browser! It is literally that bad! This problem is recent as in the last 45 days as far as my individual needs. I have already gone through the troubleshooting list and made the modifications. That seemed to work for a day or two but the slowness of Firefox is progressively getting worse with each passing day.

The speed is like 3 minutes to 10 minutes when just trying to open a known and commonly used bookmark. Checked against Edge which came with Win 11 and Edge loads within a second or two. So, the problem is not hardware or internet connection. I have one of the fastest speeds on the planet with a true fiber optic connection as I am close to the backbone location in my city. We are talking 2.1gig down and 820MB up. Tested against two different speed tests. The problem is with Firefox specific. Mozilla needs to address this issue as it seems to be an ongoing problem across several IOS platforms.

I have used Firefox for years with no problems. The past month, however, I am encountering many problems with my often used web sites. What is going on? I make a purchase and cannot proceed. I have not added any new blockers or anything.

I want to delete all my bookmarks at once -- I have nearly 1,500. I already asked this question and the response I got showed me how to do this by selecting each one at a time. I want to delete them all, AT ONCE!

Btw, I already explained this ... so, is there a way. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and not keeping the former settings. But the stupid bookmarks keep coming back!

My hotmail Email page stopped opening yesterday morning. I can open the Live.com page on my Android phone and Safari. I Don't like Safari, and I want to be on Firefox on my desktop.

My gmail mail account does not pull up on firefox ,works on Microsoft Chrome Brave . 3 days and counting . This the 2nd time I lost the ability to have something work. The last thing last week was my Metamask Wallet was not loading I had to reinstall it.Thanks Stephen Machlica

Why does the map "https://vsoc.org.uk/club-history/where-we-meet" not load in Firefox, but it loads in all other browsers?

When I try to connect to a different site when trying to make a purchase on paypal say the redirect crahes almost everytime. It is getting so bad that I amthinking of dicthing firefox and going back to edge.

Yesterday I was on the Newsmax website. Today Firefox says its not a secure connection and it won't let me go to Newmax.com. I then tried to use the google browser and it went right to Newmax.com no problem. I am using Windows 7 like I have been for years. Please help. Thanks, Al

Lately, my Firefox browser does not play videos from Dailymail.co.uk. What seems to be the problem? It had been working so well before this until the last few months. I also have an ad block plus extension which I disabled for this site but nothing seems to work so far. I do not have a problem with Microsoft Edge playing videos from the dailymail. Any help?

I cannot see any of the content or text on PDFs when I open them with firefox. The content and text is still there and I can copy and paste it onto anther document, how can I fix the viewer to be able to see the PDF content on Firefox?
