Hi! I'm having trouble with Firefox while shopping on Scottish Kilt Co., a store for custom kilts and Scottish accessories. The website is slow to load, and some images aren’t displaying properly. Is there something in my browser settings I need to adjust for a smoother shopping experience?

I’ve already cleared my cache and updated Firefox, but the problem persists. Any tips on improving performance or troubleshooting would be appreciated!

Hello! I have recently not been able to view any images when I click on the "Images" tab after I have typed something into the search engine. I cleared my cache, thinking it was just loading slowly or something and figured I would free up a little space. It didn't help at all. I do have an older MacBook Pro (2016). I'm hoping it's not that my computer is too old to run a Firefox update or something. Any thoughts? Thank you for your help! -Lorrie

I changed my email on my Firefox account a while back. I've been able to sign in on other devices but on a new Windows Machine, I'm unable to sign in.

I try to use the primary email, and it prompts me to make a new account.

My old email brings up an account to sign into but then it asks me to use the primary email. Any help would be appreciated.

I am getting crashes with the latest Win7 ESR release (115.21.0esr).

Looking at the crash report indicates EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ. Crash Address is 0xfffffffffffffffb

I was running ESR fine on my old Win7 system, but then I think I recently updated to this release and started seeing these constant crashes.

The crashes usually happen when I try to load a new page or click on a link that loads a new page, but sometimes it also crashes when I close a tab. Certain URLs almost always seem to causes the browser to crash (for instance https://www.gog.com/redeem, although I did get it to work once), but other sites seem to work fine and never crash.

I started a new profile with no add-ons, etc. and still same crashes (see below report ID for this crash).

I haven't seen any other problems on my system other than Firefox crashing, so don't thing it is a problem other than something internal to this version of Firefox, but I could be wrong about that...

I have a master password for my saved passwords in Firefox. Recently every time I open Firefox it asks for this twice before it will open the new tab and allow me to proceed. I have to cancel the request box twice, then it is all OK. How do I prevent this box popping up like this? It should only happen when i try to access a saved site. Thank you.

Trying to sign in to my bank account (Citizens Bank). Enter known good userid & password, receive message that i am successfully logged OFF. Get hung in logon loop. Have changed site password thru 2-way authentication, password accepted, logon retried, same result. Called in tech support, they could find no problem, advised using different browser. Tried Edge, logged in no problem. Been using FF for years, first real problem. Help??

I love using the sidebar button (not the permanent vertical sidebar, but the button in the main toolbar that pops up a sidebar when I want it).

However, I want it to default to Synced Tabs, but it always defaults to Bookmarks whenever I restart Firefox. I already have a bookmarks toolbar, and don't need them in the sidebar.

Is there a setting somewhere that would let me set the default to Synced Tabs?

I want to delete my Firefox account. But while trying to sign in it required a verification code sent to my email address. The problem is I don't have access to that email address (it has been deleted). So I can't receive the verification code. In that case how can I delete my account?
