If I access the site in MS Edge, it works as expected. Where should I look to fix this in settings?

hello last few days this started.... been in dark mode for years now,,,, on utube trying to add a comment,,, the typing is blacked out so i cant see it until after its posted .. i can search on utube as the text comes out white ,, just while making a comment it is black on black and cant see what i am typing ,,, the comment when posted shows up as white on black .. hope thats easy to fix lol thanks mike

While opening any Google Drive folder, or by opening docs/sheets start page, none of the contents show up. In the bottom left corner there is an error: "The server has encountered an error. Please try again later." . No amount of "trying again later" works , but through trial and error (disabling modified settings in another profile) i found the culprit of this error message: in about:config setting called network.http.referer.spoofSource was set to true, setting it to false makes the issue i described above disappear.
While my issue is solved, I still don't understand why on every Firefox profile i create this setting is set to true, and whether changing it is a security concern

Since the last update, Gmail has not been working correctly on Firefox. All of the buttons to the left of inbox emails that enable you to move, categorize, file, etc your emails have disappeared. I have tested my Gmail account on Chrome, Edge and DuckDuckGo browsers, and everything displays correctly. Please help. An image of the missing buttons is attached (well, since there aren't there, you're seeing a blank area of gray to the immediate left of my inbox [or any other folder] emails). I've been using Firefox on Mac and PC for many years, and been on Twitter/X for 12 years. Never had a problem before this.
X is now requiring users to enter and verify a 4-digit passcode to be able to use the DM feature. Firefox on Mac won't let me do this. Every time it produces an error message:
"Unable to load encryption module. Please refresh the page and try again."
But when I do it in Safari, or Explorer, or Chrome, it lets me do so.
The problem is, most of my data and resources are on my Macbook, and I have not been able to find a workaround. I've cleared my cache, made sure I'm on the latest version of Firefox, restarted it several times - same thing.
I need to get this fixed. Please help.

Hello all, I have the same exact problem described in post https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1463436, dated 9 December 2024. Until ten days ago (more or less) all was working correctly. At the beginning I thought there was a problem with Intesa because Intesa had problems in all the country in that period, but I have now tried CHROME and found that is working correctly. My system uses Firefox 139.0.1, W10-32 and Iliad FTTH. I have already cleaned cache and data from settings but the problem remains. Any thought? Thanks very much for any help. Mario.

When I go to YouTube to watch videos the Vid's always stop after a short time. The refresh page and back buttons do not work and neither does the ability to click on any links on the page. I have to close the tab and start again. The issues still occur on new tabs. Eventually I have to close FireFox altogether but when I try to open FireFox again it does not work or takes a few minutes and sometimes the message Firefox is still running. At times I have had the sound of the videos, when they do play, from YouTube still playing even when the browser is closed.
