So I used Density to reduce the immense blue toolbar size. Its still too big. I can reduce it with DEVP but then the font becomes microscopic. Now the font takes up 1/3 of the height of the toolbar: Clearly a waste of vertical space. So how do I increase the font size keeping the toolbar height the same? Later I'll use DEVP to further reduce the toolbar size once I have control over the font size in that toolbar.

Shouldn't it be called the Firefox Taskbar?

Good Morning to Firefox Friends,

I received the following message after logging in to an online acct. and wanted to review my online bill:

"The address wasn’t understood. Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (javascript) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context. You might need to install other software to open this address."

Any thoughts or resolve? Also, I'm using AdBlocker Ultimate which I took via Firefox suggestion/recommendation.

Thank you in advance!

Sincerely,

Debbie Rusignuolo Email: [email removed from public]

I am a 25 year user of firefox and this is the worst it has been 100.0 On more and more sites Firefox fails to work on forms and certain web pages.

forms dont show up forms dont execute once complete certain website actions dont work

my belief is these are special scripts and not the basic website display, but I am having to switch to chrome more and more to acomplish my daily activities.

I have updated recently to 100 and I find it hard to believe I have these problems.

I find it really annoying that Mozilla insist on using Google as the default search engine and without any option to change it. Of course the entire reason behind google is that they wish to spy on everyone and keep as much information as possible on each and every one of us. So one wonders where the idea that Mozilla protects your privacy comes from, as no matter what Mozilla do, Google is still looking in and indeed listening in too. I used to love Mozilla Firefox but of late it has almost got into the same bed as Google. We need and want a change - Give us the option at least and be transparent. Masking is for robbers! I'm personally sick of google and have been for several years - they couldn't beat DuckDuckGo so now they have Mozilla on their side with most things DEFAULT and without the possibility of changing that (by the looks of it). Google is a spy and the sooner people realise that, the better, so no good looking for an answer as to how to remove it - Mozilla will not help as it seems to be stuck with it and no amount of trying this or that will solve the problem fully. It is up to Mozilla to get out of the grasp of Google and allow customers (the public) to have a choice - so let's have it Mozilla. By the way, I don't share anything (not even information as to how my browser works - I wouldn't be so stupid as to trust Google even for that, but can guarantee anyone they already have that information and more.

When you're waiting for the website to respond, there is a very small black blob that moves backwards and forwards from left to right in the firefox browser Tab of the window you are using. It is too small especially if there are a dozen Tabs, or more.. Is there any way/Add-On to make this larger/more obvious please?

Dear Folks, I am new here, Introducing , my name is Pendragon... I've been searching for a solution for ages now, and i can't find it The question is : "HOW do I Set Firefox to open a new tab When opening a link within a Web Page Automatically  ? Reason: I find it very confusing, when the links I open (from the same web page) end up on the same TAB -->I never know how to shut the new page down eg by either clicking the back arrow or close the page (Black X)--> If I choose the wrong option, I loose the original page. Can anyone please suggest a solution? Many thanks

Using Firefox Developer 105.0b7 (64-bit).

I "cannot" change my password -- Firefox always report ""Incorrect Password""

1) I can log in using the previously-created pass. 2) I can verify in ""Saved Logins"" that the pass in use is the previously-created pass. 3) When attempting to change the pass at the ""Firefox Accounts"" page, I'm always getting ""Incorrect Password"" after clicking to "Save" new pass. 4) I've have tried using ""Safe Mode"" to no avail.

Dear,

I faced below problem when syncing my firefox account.

"Blocked by Content Security Policy This page has a content security policy that prevents it from being loaded in this way. Firefox prevented this page from loading in this way because the page has a content security policy that disallows it"

Please advise how to solve the problem. Thank you.

I am seeking an add-on that is like the great old add-on called Tab Utilities that allowed one to use recently closed section as a second list of saved links that opened with a touch (had a place where one could change the amount saved (maximum restorable tabs) to what they desired (where opening about config going to tabs one would see a line with that amount). Tab Utilities ceased sometime ago. There are many who are looking for this. Is there some add-on that is similar?

When banks upgraded a couple of years ago, older computer processors could not access secure sites. To install updates of Firefox that would access these sites, users were required to buy new computers. That done, everything worked correctly. Now its happening again. I cannot access LFG.com (lincoln financial), Verabank (my bank) or Georgetown Utilities. In each, I get some sort of error message, or at Georgetown, the loading wheel just keeps turning.

I am running Windows 7 using an Emachine EL-1333. I don't plan on upgrading my computer or software.

I can log into these sites using Android apps, Android browser, on my phone. I have no problems using Chrome on my PC. I have been using Firefox since it was Netscape and I would rather not be forced to Chrome. Because I have lost most of my eyesight, I use a 30 inch monitor and using the phone is not practical.
