Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

am a senior and need to talk to someone about not being able to open certain important websites - like for my credit card. Most other website cause me nor problems. At 82, and with poor eyesight, the articles are just mumble/jumble to me.

For the last 2-3 day I have been experiencing a box that asks for my signature each time I go to a new website. I can't move the box. I can't screenshot it. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

I hopped over to the ideas page because I had a couple suggestions, and found I was not alone because lo and behold someone else had the same ideas. So I decided to agree by hitting the kudos button, but imagine my surprise when instead of adding to the number of users who supported the idea, this feature only seemed to reload the page for me!

VPN has appeared at the top of the screen with an option to click the GET STARTED button to try the built in option. I haven't done so but now can't access a website I regularly use. Their tech team tell me that the VPN is blocking access. How do I disable this when I haven't asked for it so don't know where to find it

Hello, I can't log in to Facebook, only through Firefox, and that's the problem. Edge and Chrome work fine. I've already deleted cookies and temporary files, and still nothing. This problem has been occurring for a while.

I have had a bit of a problem with a keyboard today and tried downloading drivers and reading faqs about it, and apparently as of today (august 20th 2026) firefox decided that most sites are unreachable (which they clearly are since the laptop running win11 works) Why the sudden overstep? BTW I can't access this page on the win10 computer.

Hello! I got really specific problem and I don't know if someone had the same problem and know the answer. On twitch only one specific stream lags, even on 160p. I checked others streamers in the same time and I do not have any lags, buffers etc. on 1080p. I cleaned cookies, I cleaned cache, yet nothing helped.

Trying to watch a video on Nebula and it will not load. Receiving the following errors:

Just made a new profile and wiped everything from my history following another issue which isn't strictly speaking resolved. I am unable to load image-dense websites with any consistency. Issues do not occur on other browsers. I receive similar errors on Twitch:

I have always been able to use Firefox to login and place grocery order on the Kroger website. This afternoon the server will not let me in, saying access is denied. I was able to login from Microsoft Edge. Is the Kroger website blocking Firefox logins? I have been having trouble loading the website for the past month or so, but have always been able to get in. Does anyone have a fix for this problem? I rebooted my computer to make sure it was not my PC.

When I watch videos (reels) on Facebook, and sometimes on YouTube, I share a video either to messenger or my page, the whole string of videos I have already watched goes back to the beginning of the string everytime. Only Firefox does this. I have 3 other browsers that work fine, but I prefer Firefox of course.

I'd appreciate a fix for this, Thanks
