Not sure how to proceed to get my bookmarks moved from my old laptop to my new one. I'm a mainframe guy and often get lost with these PCs. :-)

Hello I installed Windows some time ago, after that when I installed Firefox and added my account to it, none of my data was there, even though I had backed up a lot of passwords, bookmarks and add-ons. Now I have to check if I have any data. Syncing is not happening. Please check my account and help me recover my data.

You haven't provided an off switch for this "thumbnail preview image of the webpage" on my taskbar? I don't want anything dropping down from my task bar on hovering over it.

This is a new thing, that Firefox for some reason thought was a good idea. Mouse hovering on my taskbar, and have a drop down thumbnail preview image of the webpage?

I believe I need to change the password in the Firefox setting to upload from Comcast. Help me please. If you have the ability to open a chat line it would be helpfull. There is no warning from Comcast e-mail so I have to periodically open it to see if I have any new e-mail.

I have two computers. Both sign into the same Firefox account. Both instances of Firefox are the same version (134.0.1 64-bit).

On my main computer, creating a new tab is set to Firefox Home (default), and clicking the "+" sign to create a new tab results in the recommendations appearing as seen in the first image (firefox_2025-01-19_17-42-57.png)

On the other computer, creating a new tab is set to Firefox Home (default), and clicking the "+" sign to create a new tab results in the recommendations appearing as seen in the second image (firefox_2025-01-19_17-43-57.png)

How to I get both instances of Firefox to do the same thing when creating a new tab, i.e. organize the recommendations like the second image?

Hi, With ctrl+maj+del, you are able to delete everything cache cookies and such.. but is it possible to delete everything but speed dials or at least pinned speed dials ?

Hello, I have a mac os high sierra version 10.13.6. Google meet has stopped working since yesterday. I updated firefox (115.19.0esr). That doesn't work either. Do you have any advice for me? I hope! Thank you so much! Marie Dupuis

An errant setting on my backup program wrecked havoc on my FF profile. I have a backup from two weeks ago which I can go back to, but I'm trying to figure out how to get my browsing history from the past two weeks over to the restored profile.

Some options I thought about: and for clarity, the newer but bad profile is still loadable, I've mainly lost all my extension settings and stored data

• Is there any tool that would sync the entries from the newer/bad profile to the older/good profile?
• If I restore the older/good profile, would FF Sync just add back in the newer entries -- which presumably it has saved in it's system over the past two weeks?
• I believe the places.sqlite" file from the newer/bad profile is still intact. Should I just copy that to the older/bad profile?

Via Thunderbird, I sent x7 Emails to suppliers on 25/11/2, between 5pm & 5:45pm. From [email address]

All but one supplier received them, but bizarrely [email address] claim not to have received theirs ! Having created new passwords/login details for thunderbird c.9/1/25 I cannot now access the 'sent' email referenced above.

Please can you retrieve it & confirm that autotrader would have received it.
