Since the last update, I believe, because this error occurs constantly and with EVERY video. This is often, not always, the case immediately after updating FF. Now it was fine for a while, but now it's so bad that I'm having trouble watching YT videos properly. Reason: Browser open, logged in to YT. I click on a video to play - video opens, plays maybe 10 to 20 seconds, then playback stops spinning top, I also found out during the last glitch after update that if I switch the resolution briefly, higher or lower doesn't matter - important is to leave the current resolution and switch to another one. And oh wonder - immediately, instantly with the change, the video starts playing. If I wait for this - without doing anything myself, it sometimes takes 30 - 40 seconds for the video to start ... sometimes it just "hangs" ... This is extremely annoying - if it doesn't work, I have to switch browsers... What is also extremely annoying is that it occurs almost regularly after an update ... until the next one possibly, for unknown reasons, does not fix the error, but sometimes mitigates it. I cannot load the IRS webpage for my account. I can get into the Direct Pay website with no problem. I also can access my IRS account using my IPhone which makes me think this is a browser problem. I have disabled anti virus with no success. I called IRS and they have never heard of this problem and had no solution and said they didn't handle this issues.

Any suggestions please?

Since I updated my MacBook to macOS Sequoia, I have no access to local network pages (except 127.0.0.1, localhost and 192.168.0.1) - an "Unable to connect" error appears. Immediately after the first launch of Firefox, a request for local network permissions appeared, which I accepted, but it didn't help. I performed all the actions from this article, and also used the terminal command reset All approval status for org.mozilla.firefox and Firefox disappeared from the privacy settings. While a request for access to the microphone and camera reappeared after restarting the browser, no question about the local network appeared. The problem only occurs in Firefox (version 128.5.2esr) and does not appear in other browsers (checked in: Firefox Developer Edition, Firefox Nightly, Safari and Google Chrome). macOS 15.1.1 (24B91).

I am very used to switching tabs by using the keyboard so I usually do Ctrl+tab and I have it set to recent order (which makes sense to me because most of the time you switch back and forth between two or three tabs) to navigate between tabs. In some recent update, some tabs became unreachable by using this keyboard shortcut, as no more tabs are displayed nor do they appear when you reach the end of the list, forcing me to use the mouse to look for the tab (please see screenshot attached).

I was hoping this had a workaround or if it is a bug I would like to know how to report it.

My Mac will not login to my savings/credit account. It does exactly NOTHING when I click on login. If I use Safari I can log in perfectly fine. Firefox also does not login to another credit card account and does the same thing. Everything else works fine in Firefox, except for these two accounts. They both work in Safari. What setting is causing this??????????

Can no longer use Google Voice in second half of a normal 8-5 work day, it appears. No amount of rebooting/restarting, closing browser, clearing caches, removing temp files, etc. appears to affect the issue. Turning off Enhanced Protection doesn't help. Issue is that I can dial a number, call connects, I can hang a call up, but the dial pad becomes unresponsive during the call. Using keyboard numbers vs. clicking the dial pad numbers makes no difference; no response either way. This happens with normal local calls, MS Teams calls from New York & other places for work, all of them. But, again, seems to happen after noon/lunch time. Very odd. The latter was why I thought it was more than 1 tab open, system resources, temp files, RAM allocation, etc. Happens whether I have only Google Voice open in 1 tab, have multiple tabs running alongside it, doesn't seem to matter.

Very perplexed. I shifted away from Brave to use FF for Google Voice & now the situation is reversed. Now, I can normally open Brave when this happens & get a responsive dial pad in Google Voice.

Using Windows 10 Professional, 64-bit on a big powerful workstation replacement category notebook.

On Feb 13th I went to my website at MyHeritage.com, to which I'm always logged in, to find that a few seconds after it loads it becomes all greyed out and I can't access anything. I had been on the site a couple of weeks earlier with no problems.

I removed the "Enhanced Tracking Protection" and I turned off AdBlocker for the site but the problem persists. I have logged out and then logged in - same problem. I turned off my computer and restarted it - same problem.

When I went to log in to my account at MyHeritage using my Chrome browser I encountered the same problem of a greyed out page BUT there was a banner stating something about cookies and when I clicked the "I understand" button the greyed out page cleared and I was able to access my account.

However, Firefox is my default browser and I want to be able to access this page using Firefox. It seems to have something to do with cookies.

I used to have Adblock installedl then lost it. I've just reinstalled it, but it doesn't seem to be working. What have I done wrong? Is there another system that Firefox recommends? Thank you.

I have 2 computers, both with Linux Ubuntu. All of a sudden one of them is missing the File toolbar. It was there this AM but gone now. I looked through the menu and couldn't find where it is that you add the toolbar. On this computer, which has that toolbar, you go to 'view" and there is an item for toolbar. But on the other there are none of those menus and I can't find where to add that toolbar.

Hello there! I have Firefox on both my (Windows) laptop and (IOS) mobile device. Several months ago (January or February, maybe?) I had to delete Firefox from my laptop and reinstall it to fix an issue. No big deal. However, whenever I check my synced tabs on my mobile device, it still shows the tabs from before I uninstalled it on my laptop as well as the taps currently opened on my laptop. It appears as if they're two separate devices. I already checked the "Connected Services" section of my account settings, and my laptop does not appear twice. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction of how to remove the previous version of Firefox from appearing on sync on my mobile device. TIA for any help!

When I opened Firefox all my webpages that I visited where there. Now it is just a blank screen and I have to go to webpages manually, there is no way to add them to my start screen. it just stays blank and search bar stays blue.

How should I fix the frozen browser. Firefox updated ok from another user account on this computer, though Firefox has always updated for all accounts on the computer when updated from any of the accounts. The installer tool got caught in a loop to install until it froze the browser on the third retry. What should I do?
