Hi, Ive got FF version 115.2.1esr 64bit- Macbook Pro High Sierra.. I was watching amazon shows and movies until last night, started to get the message from Amazon, "Video Unavailable- We're experiencing a problem playing this video, for assistance, etc..." I pulled up Chrome and the movies are playing just fine there. I put FF in 'safe mode' and the video is playing, so what does this tell me? If I can play the movie in safe mode why not in regular mode? Keep in mind that I was watching other movies earlier in the day and nothing changed during the day, I didnt download anything new, just business as usual. So what do I do now if the vid plays in safe mode and not the regular mode?

Every time I open Firefox Bing comes up. How can I get rid of Bing completely and forever? I hate it ! I don't want it!

I've tried going through add-ons, I've tried deleting all of the Bing files that I can find.

Two days ago my Firefox download box started showing AppFile_qqasdc.exe as containing a virus.

I delete it. it returns whenever i restart Firefox.

I cannot find the file on my hard drive, in the registry or anywhere on my system.

Firefox won't let me save new password because it "is not a common password." what does that mean? Aren't passwords supposed to be "not common?"

Embedded videos play on Safari but not Firefox. When I looked at the previous questions about this they were addressed in June 2012. Apparently it is happening again, at least in my case. Maybe it happened with the last upgrade, I don't know, but I never had this problem before. Would appreciate any input. I haven't changed any of my settings. Thanks.

We can't see video's and posters in our website when we are opening from Firefox, We are getting below error message (Attachment ) and it is only happening from new version(115 ,116 and 117) of Firefox and old version(111.0.1 (64-bit)) it was working as expected.

Can someone help on it please , We have to update our browser to 117

Lost power. Computer shut down. Reopened Firefox and no passwords. Looked in profile and there are 4 files logins.json.corrupt (149 kb) all created today at same time and 1 file logins.json (2 kb). I ASSUME my passwords are in the 149KB json file? If I delete logins.json (2kb) and rename one of the 149KB to logins.json, when I reopen firefox, it just does it again: renames logins.json to logins.json.corrupt (149kb) and creates a new logins.json (2kb). Is there anyway to recover these passwords? Windows 7 Latest version of firefox

Hello, once again the function of restoring recently closed windows has stopped working, it is displayed in gray and you cannot enter it I usually work on two or three windows at the same time and this function usually works, but I can't use it for the second or third time. Can I recover closed windows? I will be grateful for your help Best regards, Paweł U

The google search bar on the home page has increased in size and my extensions/add on such as cache cleaner and adblocker do not appear on the toolbar even though they are turned on. I tried refreshing Firefox but that did not solve the problems. Thank you

Greetings: I'm getting an Intellius notification and advert pop-up that won't stop even after I touched "disable notifications from Intellius" on the notification. It began after going to Intellius website briefly the other day. I've clicked disable Intellius notifications several times to no avail. Thank you for any feedback.

Firefox automatically updated on 18/09/2023. I now get the 'unable to connect' message for many bookmarked tabs (e.g. hotmail sign in). I have not changed any firefox settings and I can connect to the sites in Chrome. I'm running mac 10.15.7 Is this a bug or do I need to change a setting? Thanks in advance for help... Tim
