My computer ran into an error and restarted and I lost my entire browsing history, bookmarks, extensions, etc. Now I have nothing saved and the only browsing history my computer is showing is when I briefly opened microsoft edge. I regularly used duckduckgo, so most of my data is gone. Is there anything that can be done or is it just gone.

My bookmarks disappeared and I do not know why.

I have tried to restore bookmarks following the directives obtained online. Somehow this has not been successful, and this remains a giant puzzle to me.

I can see the bookmarks in Library, but I have not been successful in figuring how to transfer that listing to the Bookmarks tab at the left-sided top of the frame of the browser.

Dell just installed the Win 11Pro and a new security system on my PC. My Bookmarks disappeared. Can you help? The Recover Bookmarks instructions don't work, or I'm not following the instructions.

Hi, is there a way mozila can help me to retrieve all my remember login ID and password? due to i changing to new laptop and when i sign out it ask me to delete all the old password which i thought is just delete from the laptop instead of my whole login ID and password.

Hi, my session with a lot of open tabs has been lost due to a crash. In the profile folder, the recovery and previous files in the sessionstore-backups have been deleted. I tried to recover them using shadow explorer, but these files are corrupted, so I've had no success reading them. Is there a way to fix the corrupted files? Alternatively, because I've had sync enabled for open tabs, is there a log for past open tab synchronizations? If this was stored on the cloud, it may be possible to retrieve that table and restore the list of open tabs that way?

When I opened Firefox today, ALL of my bookmarks were gone. There was a message saying that they couldn't be accessed, and that sometimes securiity software incompatibility is the culprit. I'm also now unable to create any new bookmarks. I have no idea what may have updated, and don't know whether to blame you, Windows/MS, Xfinity, or the McAfee prompt which keeps trying to get me to finish installing something I never intended to install in the first place, but can't get rid of. How do I get browser bookmarks back?????

Some of my shortcuts were missing on Firefox when I started my laptop this morning. I tried restarting my computer but that didn't help. I really don't know what topic fits best. I am not at all tech savvy when it come to computers.

After the latest Firefox update I've been unable to bring up all the bookmarks I had. I also lost bookmarks on Toolbar. I've followed posted recovery suggestions but haven't had any success retrieving bookmarks. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do?
