I really appreciate everything you do, but I am a boomer (Loud and Proud), I did not get born with a device attached to my hand, I am a digital imbecile.

With all that in mind, it has become too difficult to keep up with the digitalisation, at least in my case. So when you send me suggestions and update procedures I end up just closing everything, too much to read, too stressing, but the suggestions keep coming every time I open the firefox browser. Can I not just keep the version I have and decline any new versions.

I also have a problem in regard to language, it is set to English, but I do not care for US English, I would like to have GB English, but somehow it won't accept that.

What can I do?

Today for the first time after the latest update 127.0 (64-bit), my many firefox pages and tabs crashed and closed and a pop up to send crash report.

So I have fired up firefox again to find only a single page opens up, I have lost probably 16+ pages with multiple tabs on each, been like that for months, I have 32GB memory so there is normally no issues or slowness. However after the crash, even though only a single firefox page is open, windows task manager shows Firefox (20) and if I expand the task, I can see each firefox is taking lots of memory.

So it looks like the old session pages/tabs are still there somewhere but not accessible, I would like to get them back if possible. I went through reseting it to default, disabling the add ons etc but nothing has worked.

Every time I attempt to login to YouTube or Google sites, this site pops up and I'm unable to log in using my personal account. I no longer work at this place and need it removed from my browser. https://launchpad.classlink.com/srcschools?chromebook=1

Can not find how to do FireFox on the new setup. HATE the new Fire Fox emailing format!!! One thing is the ongoing back and forth with others I sent an email. Usually to reply, just had to click on reply and send my response fro the just sent email. I HATE THE NEW SET UP!!!!

For many years I have used the ability to set shortcuts to website on the Firefox home tab, using the method given at: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-items-on-firefox-new-tab-page#w_pin-unpin-or-remove-a-shortcut.

However, today, when I try to edit a shortcut link, I do not get the 3 dots menu by right clicking on a shortcut tile.

Is this a recent change, a bug, an issue with my installation (which has been stable for many years)?

How can I get back the functionality back?

Hi, I would like to know which version of Mozilla used this setting of network.trr.excluded-domains: 'sbl-xbl[.]spamhaus[.]org, localhost.that.never.exists'. The default is 'undefined' as I checked in 127.0.1 and the older 124. I also contacted support of extensions that I used, no evidence of both excluded domains. Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot \!o!/

The 'Manage Bookmarks' you have placed at the top of the page is doing exactly nothing. I can't restore them, they are gone. How do I get my bookmarks back, or restore to the previous version where they are still located. Sick of constant updates that just cause problems-about to go over to Edge.

I enter my username & password and nothing happens. This occurs when I use Dashlane AND also if I enter username & password manually.

I can access my account successfully using Edge.

I have been dealing with problems with Firefox and YouTube for a long time. Every time I open a YouTube video in a new tab it would always give me this grey screen that goes away after a long time waiting.

I have tried:

• Refreshing Firefox
• Reinstalling Firefox
• Troubleshoot Mode, which the problem persist in troubleshoot mode so its not an addon
• Tried creating a new profile
• User-Agent Switcher which doesn't work all the time.

I want to avoid going chromium-based browsers but this is making me consider.

• Firefox 127.0.2 (64 bit), Windows 10, all extensions disabled.
• Tested also with a clean portable version (same Firefox version).

In private mode, on Google Images, large images (in the preview pane: if you click on an image in the search results) are sometimes (but not always) blurry. This is not the case in the "normal", nonprivate mode.

It works fine on Android, and other browsers also work fine. I have had this issue for a very long time now, but only now realized that it's a private-mode issue.

Example, which is reproducible for me: Search "site:linkedin.com new york" on Google Images and pick an image with a sufficiently large resolution.

My laptop glitched while doing a Windows update and it chose to not load certain apps upon completing the update. Mozilla Firefox was one of the apps it chose to delete and I lost all my bookmarks with my login information to all my accounts, can I retrieve those?

Unable to export Firefox bookmarks. When I go to 'Manage Bk Mks' it states 'no items' (See attached Print Screen) yet all my bookmarks show in the left hand pane.

The Lower Toolbar is quite handy, with for example Roboform.

Unfortunately, the way it's implemented, it comes above the lower part of the browser window, instead of being inserted at the bottom while the browser windows height is reduced.

That hides the search box when you type Control-F.

It would be nice if this could be addressed in a future release. I am using Firefox Developer 127.0b2.

Hi, the site "https://pixabay.com/" is suddently extremely slow with mozilla. The pictures don't showup or take many minutes before you can see them. Normally only white boxes show. The same site (pixabay) with the browser "Opera" works perfectly. I always use mozilla and since a short while it just doesn't work with pixabay (a site for royalty-free images). I have a desktop computer. I use Firefox as my browser. I've been playing the Marapets game for years. As of 2 days ago, I can't "buy" items in the Marapets.com game site. I can play the rest of the game, but cannot buy items. If I go to Chrome, I can buy items. I am told the BUY button is linked to CAPTCHA, but I don't know what that means. Would you be able to help me so I can continue to use Firefox for this game?

When im starting my computer, suddenly this program with old firefox logo auto starting on windows taskbar, i cant open(maximize) it....when i hover to that old firefox logo, it just shows random text......

If i'm opening task manager, that program or something is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\AlphaPress under the name update.exe.....i alrd close that program, delete that, and running malwarebytes, but didnt find any threat.....If u can reassure me that it wasnt dangerous malware or anything....maybe some real firefox update?
