Hi, I just installed the latest update (I think it's 136.0.2). I guess I skipped some/several versions. Suddenly my main menu isn't workin anymore (clicking it with the mouse, that is) There is some overlay which I can't find out, how to remove. Even the Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons don't have any function. Luckily I can still access the menu via keyboard shortcuts. How can I remove that overlay bar ... or did I catch some malware ?

On a brand new powerful PC just signed in and there's no Add ons showing on this device.

I have two other devices where i have no issues, but this one...

What can i do?

I can't stand the pop-up constantly opening when I am on a new site, asking if I want to translate a page. First, I am proficient in multiple languages; second, I would not want a whole site translated, it messes with the formatting and frankly it isn't useful. I don't want to be forced to swap to Brave after all my years using firefox, but I am so agitated by the dropdown/popup and I cannot find any way to turn it off. Please, how do I disable this permanently?

I recently had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. When I logged in, I thought my extensions/themes would be there, but that wasn't the case. Can you help?

I decided to download Firefox and make it my default browser, so I downloaded it and followed some recommendations I found online for configuring security settings...but for the life of me I can't remember what those are.

Weeks later, I decide to watch Peacock, but the error message says I need to disable my ad blocker. I search for an ad blocker in the extensions but can't find one, so I start disabling other extensions like Facebook Container...but to now avail. I follow all the usual online steps--clearing my cache, restarting the application, restarting my computer, etc--but nothing works. I have the same error with Netflix, and switching to another browser yields the same result. So it must be something wrong with my system.

Can you help?

I think is so nice this idea to put the IA assistance for research and study for college and programming for me. A have a question if is possible add another IA like: Copilot (Microsoft) or Deepseek.

i am required to supply a foxfire/mozilla password to use my stored payment method-it pops up, however, I've never created a foxfire password and do not have one so my saved credit card info wont work . Please advise

Firefox was working fine till yesterday. No changes of any kind were made.

Firefox will no longer play any audio.

Audio plays just fine from every other browser and Windows test.

I have attempted and followed many variations of suggestions and still no sound. Been through permissions.

Any one have a silver bullet to get audio back?

I have installed a analog to digital converter software to convert High8 tapes to digital. It is all hooked up, but the video and audio from the converter program will no show on computer. Help!

I have tried to set this up and have filled in and saved details for two credit cards using Firefox.

When I access the payment screen for payment - (in this case for VTTA membership) and click on the credit card number I can see a hover screen with ****1234 or ***5678 indicating my saved cards. When I press return for either card no details are filled in. When I key in the details manually for either card I get a red highlight for all fields and the payment is not processed. Does anyone know what I may have done to cause this?

Please help me in being able to translate Portuguese files. When I open a .pdf file in FireFox, and try to translate it from portuguese to english, the translate icon in FireFox is greyed out and doesn't work. What do I need to do to fix this?
