Title sorta says it all. The other day when I opened FireFox on my laptop it said my account had been disconnected, and to re-sign in. In a long story short, I did not have my phone for several weeks and it was dead. I received it afterwards, did not allow it to connect to the internet, and still have that old profile data on my phone.

Can that data safely be retrieved or re-synced to my account? If so, how? It would be iPhone to Windows 11 install.

A while ago I made a Firefox account with my Yahoo email address as the primary email, and my Outlook email address as the secondary email. Eventually I realized that I didn't need my Yahoo email account anymore, so I deleted it, forgetting that it was being used as the primary email for my Firefox account. Now I can't remove my Outlook email from my Firefox account without verifying my Yahoo email account, and I can't even delete the Firefox account since it was made under the Yahoo email account as a primary email address.

Now I can't use my Outlook email address to create a new Firefox account either.

I've been using firefox as my main browser and I've created a account and using it all the time for syncing the settings, bookmarks, logins, extensions etc.

BUT due to some unwanted (really irritating) search suggestion were being shown to me by firefox, I had to uninstall firefox from my system.

• • Throughout the process, I'd kept syncing ON always!!

But when I installed firefox again and after loggedin, I'm syncing everything but this is restoring (syncing) very old data which doesn't have my latest bookmarks, extenstions & saved logins!!

How DO I get my all data???

I am not a geek and I follow all the details of 'how to etc etc' but nothing works and the phone goes into random loops and keeps telling my I cannot sync (I KNOW that). Firefox has no phone number or email system for technical support (or any type of support) just this hit and miss system of 'forums' (or is that fora). I tried to send a bug report but I am NOT signing up for another (geek speak) account just to send you the problem. Please fix this issue - it never used to happen on older versions - how can I roll back my firefox to something that works properly?? I am concerned someone may have accessed my Firefox account 2 days ago. I wish to collect as much info as possible as in device details and IP/location so as to trace it

All I have is the name displayed in firefox security settings - Logged out of ⁨Firefox Mobile 103, Android 9⁩

Any idea where I can get a Firefix devide login history with more information please?

My bookmarks do not seem to be syncing between my computers. I have updated versions of Firefox on both computers, sync is turned on, the same account is logged in, and the bookmarks option is selected on both computers. But when I force sync, there is a bookmark missing on one of the tabs. The most recent bookmark I've added. This has happened in the past and I had to manually add the bookmark.

Any suggestions?

I've got an old Windows XP computer running version 52.9.0. I'm trying to sign in to Sync (so I can sync with my new Windows 10 computer) but when I try on the old machine I get this error message:

I do not have my authenticator app since my phone broke. I do have the "One-time use codes" which I saved. But, alas, how to make them work?

For some reason I was not presented with the "step 2"-code when I reset my authenticator the last time...

I will now be rude: Should I just give up on my Firefox account, and thus Firefox, and go straight back to Chrome (which does not have this problem)?

Hello everyone,i lost my saved datas like history,saved password etc when i changed my gmail password which i used to syc my firefox account.I wonder why it happened because i did not tick the box asking if i want to delete them.I also used another laptop to check and the data i lost in my other laptop were there.I added secondary email as back up and clicked to change the new email to primary only for me to see my data got lost from the second laptop again.why? i tried to change the password of my first primary email back to the old password but google did not allow me.My question is,can changing back to my password back to the old one bring my lost data back? i asked because that was the password used by firefox to save my data in their server.will google ever allow me to change back to old password after sometime? what i am amazed at is that i login using other browswer with the new pasword on another laptop and i got back my syc datas.Thanks in advance for your feed back.

a few weeks ago, I had to synchronize my firefox from the PC of a friend in order to access my bookmarks. His profile was a local one (w/o synchronization). My friend now needs to access several of his own bookmarks and passwords. I wanted to revert to the previous profile but cannot find a way to perform this. Could you please explain me the way to perform this without loosing the information of his profile?

I'm trying to sync from Windows XP to Windows 8.1. When I sign in on XP I get a completely blank page and a few buttons. When I click on 'Reconnect to sync' I get the message "Blocked by Content Security Policy. This page has a content security policy that prevents it from being loaded in this way. I have Firefox in a Windows, a Mac and an Ubuntu computer, and sync is not working properly, passwords stored in the browser in the windows computer are not the same as the ones in the other computers, I did the "Sync now" but it didn't work, I disconnected my account in the Mac and synced it again but it is the same thing, not appearing in either

I recently had the misfortune of Windows crashing on me and my PC needing a repair shop to reboot it. In the process, I've been needing to download all my programs again, but thankfully I made a firefox account and was hopeful all my years of login info would be easy to boop back onto my PC.

However, when I attempt to access my logins, it bars me access and I can't sync it with my phone, an Android who has the firefox app. It keeps asking for a Primary Password, something I had before my PC was reset, but I only just put that back in and it won't allow me to input it or change it. I can't even transfer my information over from Chrome. It's really frustrating since while I know a variety of my logins, some of them I used firefox secure generated passwords on and I have to squint at my phone to tap them in.

Any help would be immensely appreciated, and I'm hoping if I reboot after my downloads are done that this might fix my issues. But if it doesn't, I wanted to type this up to be safe!

Yesterday, I suddenly removed all logins and somehow my profile was synced to the cloud.

Fortunately, I still keep all login files (json and key db files), I tried to recovery all my logins, it was successfully.

But, right after that my profile was synced from the cloud to my machine then whole logins were clear.

So how can I overwrite my profile in the cloud so I can totally recovery my old logins?

Kindly help to give my some advice.
