I don't know why but I am continually getting a file list that comes up when I open Mozilla Firefox. Can someone walk me through this problem and help me fix it.

It is as if Firefox has disappeared from my desktop. I click on the shortcut but nothing happens. It was working fine last night. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but still nothing. A window does not even appear.

PLEASE HELP! One day last week, Firefox for my PC disappeared and it seems that Duckduckgo has taken over. I have used Firefox on my PC for a few years and occasionally use duckduckgo as my browser. Now I cannot find Firefox. It is up-to-date, as of last week.
