I'd like to put the icon on my toolbar to access it when I need to, but I can't find any way to add it to the toolbar. All articles I found with the same kinds of questions are over a year old and for old versions of Firefox. I have Windows 10 Firefox version 128.

I know it may sound a bit strange, but I would like to know WHY an extension is not allowed in a private window, so I might understand the reason why I'm not able to diagnose an issue I'm having with fucking amazon who has their cart all over the place for a misconfiguration in firefox that either I did or an extension is causing, however I'm unable to figure out which because I can't enable extensions in private windows, where the issue does not happen, so I'm not able to reproduce and isolate the problem. Specifically, this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/extensions-private-browsing Plus, I was kinda expecting I could run STG in private too, since it offer such nice and rich grouping and memory management features vanilla FF does not (PS: please take inspiration and bake it inside!!) I'm using 128.0.3 (64-bit) for Windows, on Windows 10.

1. I open Firefox normal window. It has some pinned tabs. 2. I open an additional private window 3. I close the normal Firefox window. Only the private window remains 4. I close also the private window 5. I restart Firefox normal window. The pinned tabs have disappeared.

I uninstalled Kaspersky, but when I try to access gmail through firefox, it shows that it is still trying to connect through some kaspersky address, ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com, and it never loads. Kaspersky is no longer listed under my extensions, and I am not sure how to get this resolved so that I can access gmail again. Please help!

Whenever I click my mouse somewhere blank on a webpage firefox will always select some text/image despite being nowhere close to it. This does not happen to me on chrome.

I got an extension called BTRoblox and after installing it made most icons black and white. I uninstalled it and nothing changed, I tried changing my theme, restarting the browser, going in incognito tabs, and nothing has worked. I can't figure out for the life of me what this extension did to break Firefox.

How do I add an existing 2nd email account to the Firefox Bookmarks. It keeps reverting to the my family account when I try to add a link to open an existing second email address

It's hard to describe what I mean without an example. I type "tart" into the search bar, and instead of the recently visited Wikipedia page on tarts, the autofill suggestions are full of pages in my history with "start" or "starter" in the title, or even in the URL but not the title. Is there any way to change it so the suggestions only contain the exact words I've typed?

For about two months, video quality has been persistently low for me on Youtube. Quality options are limited to 360p and I am unable to change it. Additionally, I am unable to play video on other platforms such as Vimeo, Pinterest and other streaming sites. Sites return errors such as 'Player is unable to play video at this time' or error code 102630. I have refreshed my cache and reinstalled Firefox and neither have resolved the issue. Notably, this issue does not occur on other browsers such as Chrome or Microsoft Edge. As far as I know my drivers are up to date and the Windows Media Feature Pack is installed, although it shouldn't be an issue seeing as sites work on other browsers. The issue also persists in troubleshooting mode. I've gone through the console and included images of some interesting errors that might be of use, although I don't have the technical knowledge to know what they mean. Please inform me if there is any other information I can provide that would help. Thank you!

Some months back when I get gmail from the Economist and try to go to an article the gmail links to I get this: Our apologies. An error seems to have occurred. The article actually appears very briefly but then gets overwritten by this error message. I am using an up to date Windows 10 PC.

When I go to Microsoft Edge this behavior does not occur. In Firefox I have tried clearing the data and cache but to no avail.

Any thoughts on dealing with this? I do not want to go through many heroic steps to fix this.

2ndly its hard to get in touch with your crap support line can you also make it easier to get hold of your team rather going through 1000x pages, why is everybody not keeping any proper contact information you and google are same [edited]. exceptionally down the drain support. [edited] sort it out. or else i have to take further action.

Website opens properly using Safari and Chrome.

Since the auto-update to version 128.0.3 (64-bit) two weeks ago, my Firefox crashes as soon as I switch over to a different programme. I am on Windows 10. Whenever I try to re-open the programme, I get the error message that Firefox is already running and if I want to restart or quit. Can you please deploy a fix for this? Thank you.
