Hiya! The email I used to make this account is my work email, since I only use this account when I'm at my job so I can have my necessary bookmarks at all times. We recently updated our emails at work to have a different address, so its now it's different. I can't change this manually, so here I am. The current email this account is listed under now will be deleted in about two years time, so I'd like to get ahead of that.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! Firefox Sync code doesn't arrive; my email's support (Proton Mail) says you have «likely added you to their suppression (do-not-send) list automatically.».

So I request you remove the e-mail associated with my account, the one used in this post, from the do-not-send list.

I did not receive the confirmation message, or it may have been filtered as spam. Please help me verify my email address and unlock my account.

'spouse hacks my internet activity through firefox. somehow he gets on and then has free access to every movement i make on the internet everywhere. This has gone on for 3 years. how do i stop this?

on the list of current sign ins I am unable to click “sign out” of the oldest account on the list.

with a couple others it quickly signed me out, but this on is not.

Is it possible to initiate the same process that discovers the server setting when you add an email account in an already existing email account to avoid making changes in the account manually??
