I want to import web page bookmarks from MS Edge. I tried to do it per the settings help page, but I cannot get my firefox bookmarks to populate with the ones from my Edge browser. This problem is a deal breaker that may send me (under duress) back to MS Edge, and I really don't want that.

I have change to a new PC and i could not renember my password. I have to get acces to my account by a link to reset my passeword. After that I can not import my bookmarks to the new pc.

I've tried 7 times to import my bookmarks from Chrome into Firefox. Firefox says that the import was successful each time, but the bookmarks aren't showing up in the Bookmark Tool Bar. It's only showing the older import, not the latest. If I go to one of the new pages, it shows that it is bookmarked, but the list that it belongs to is nowhere to be found....

So how do I update to the newly imported "Imported From Firefox" folder?

Hello, I just used the Firefox 141.0 (aarch64) wizard for Raspberry Pi OS 1.0, to import bookmarks from Brave, however the wizard said 0 bookmarks imported.

I also manually exported and imported the bookmarks.html file and the latest bookmarks aren't appearing at the top. It seems the bookmarks are nested in some bookmarks directory by default. I'm confused?

Also I tried a manual import several months ago but same issue about some strange nesting structure rather than simply appearing at the top. Now I'm really confused and worried I'll lose my bookmarks as there's about 3 version in various nested structures. Please help just make an easy move to Firefox.

I need to import my passwords from Bitwarden. I can export them from Bitwarden as a CSV file, but that doesn't show as an option in the Import Data window in Firefox. I use MacOS 10.14.6. Thank you, Tim

Not sure when I download Firefox to new PC ,How do settings I currently have in place transfer to new browser installation?

Also I have bookmarks on a memory card,Will they install to firefox by placing it in drive slot of my new windows11 machine?

I have followed all of the on line instructions to move/copy Bookmarks from Firefox Nightly (current version as of 20February025) to regular Firefox browser. Both are running on same machine. Nightly install is also running Firefox ad blockers. Following all of the instructions on line I can find to accomplish, but cannot move book marks to Firefox. Have copied bookmarks from Firefox Nightly as HTML file to stand alone device but unable to get the bookmarks to import from stand alone device into Firefox. Assistance please.

Hi, I cannot import my Firefox bookmarks from my macbook pro 2021 to my macbook pro 2024. When I select "import data", only Safari show up, not Firefox, which has been my default browser for many years. Please help me, thanks, cindi

My bookmarks in Chrome do not import into Firefox. I've Tried importing right from the Chrome browser and importing with an HTML file. No success with my bookmarks. I was able to import an extension, but I deleted it as that isn't my focus. I've checked the HTML file and it does have content (viewed in NotePad). I've looked in all the Bookmark options, but nothing imported there. I paused my NordVPN, no change. I've rebooted my desktop nothing changed. I'm running the latest updated version of Win 11.

Please advise.
