On my site, I am not able to view images. I can on other browsers, but not with Firefox (Developer Edition). I have tried new profiles, private window, etc and images still do not display. Images DO display on most other sites, and this is my first time encountering the issue. Images show on every other browser that I have tested. The url to the website is https://www.nohacks.org

File Upload Fails in Firefox 135 Using Multipart Form Data with jQuery Ajax

Description: After upgrading to Firefox 135, we are experiencing an issue where file uploads using the multipart/form-data format fail to complete successfully. The issue occurs when submitting a form using the jQuery Ajax method ($.ajax) with enctype="multipart/form-data".

Key Observations: • The same implementation works fine in Firefox 133 and other browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.). • Our SSL certificate is rated B on SSL Labs, with TLS 1.3 enabled. • The issue persists even after disabling browser extensions and clearing browser cookies/cache.

Environment Details: • Browser: Firefox 135 • Form Submission Method: $.ajax({ type: "POST", enctype: "multipart/form-data", ... })

API Response - 520: Web server is returning an unknown error

We suspect this might be related to a security policy change in Firefox 135 affecting file uploads. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has insights into recent changes in how Firefox handles multipart/form-data, please share any possible solutions. Would appreciate any guidance or workarounds!

While using Outlook.com email in my Firefox browser, I attach a zip file to send to someone.

They reported that the zip file is empty. This happened two more times.

I confirmed that the zip file that I was uploading from my hard drive did indeed have files included.

I then downloaded the attached zip file from the email in my "Sent" folder. It was empty.

When I tried using "Outlook.com" in the Chrome browser, I did not have the same problem.

I'm using Firefox ESR version 128.9.0, on Windows 10.

(The downloaded empty zip file also had "utf-8" added to the file name - that problem is addressed in other tickets and is being worked on. I am not asking about that.)

Suddenly every doc I download or preview is COVERED by something saying I "can now read and sign docs in Firefox" -- and I can't remove this popup -- or even relocate it so that I can SEE the doc I am trying to read.

Is this from my latest firefox upgrade? Can I undo it?

The whole popup thing is not even visible, so I can't find something to scroll down and say yes or no. Similarly I tried to play along with it and create a signature. I did that and clicked a "save signature" but again I cannot even see the whole thing so I cannot save it and get out of it. It won't let me take a screenshot so I can show you....

When i try to open a document on firefox or upload/save something I end up with the error reading "The windows file-dialog could not be opened. No file or folder could be selected." This happens on every site. I disabled all my extensions/add-ons and ran the command prompt "sfc /scannow." Is there some way to fix this? Maybe in about:config?

Hello,

Since the new version of Firefox desktop 137.0.2 my xslt is no longer interpreted correctly. I use the xpath-function document to load external xml documents in my stylesheet. But no document is since the new version loaded. Also with links to intern pdf-documents I receive the error "file not found".

I saw that in the new version there was changes in xslt. Is my problem a bug or may be exists there a workaround (in changing settings)?

Thanks a lot for your answer. Regards, Tomateus
