I hate the new Firefox!!!! It lost all my data from the old one, bookmarks, passwords and everything. I want to be able to revert to the previously installed version but I can't find the data. The old one was so familiar.
I'm 83 years old and have trouble remembering a lot of things but I was very happy with the earlier version!

No matter what I try to read or go to, Firefox crashes repeatedly. I literally cannot use it at all. I keep getting: Gah. Your tab just crashed. We can help! Choose Restore This Tab or Restore All Crashed Tabs to reload the page/pages.
Clicking those options fixes nothing! How do I go back to the previous version, please?

I recently bough a new computer and transferred all my data, passwords and bookmarks to it. Each time I opened my mozilla browser I was encouraged to create a profile , but each time I just continued without creating a profile. Finally today I was not given an option to proceed without creating a profile so I did. But now all my passwords and bookmarks have disappeared. When I try to find them I am advised to load my previous profile but this is not an option the only profile I have is the one I just created with the missing data. Can you please tell me where the appropiate files are stored and how can I recover them. Thanks
