I keep getting constant, threatening & scary messages that I have damaging Virus's et al, that will leave my debides virtually incapacitated & unusable! I do NOT download their "Bad Virus eliminators" & don't intend to! Do you have a way to check & see if my Android is near melting into a button, or worse? I have been using FireFox, then Mozilla Firefox since it was born! I pray God's Blessings over ALL of you, and thank God for you! You are THE BEST! Anna Louise ( Luci ) Wheeler Tomlin. I have a very old version of Firefox (51.0.1 64-bit) on Windows 7 Pro. I know it's well out-of-date. It's not my "main" browser, but there are some things I use it for because there are (were) some handy old extension on it. For example there's an extension that simply copies any text I highlight, without my having to press CTRL-C. I find the "scrapbook" invaluable for saving info offline.

Yesterday everything was fine. Today ALL the extensions have been disable because "[extension] could not be verified for use in firefox and has been disabled". There is no option to enable them again.

I have backups of the extensions (xpi files), but firefox is telling me that they appear to be corrupted.

Is there any way to either enable the disabled extensions, or force firefox to reinstall then from my backups? I have toggled "xpinstall.signatures.required" to "false".

Just found out my copy of foxy proxy standard, wappalyzer and one other, cookie manager were no longer working because this message, Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt. Updated to a newer version of Firefox in Kali Linux but have the same, message,Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt. Was just working a few days ago . I even did an update in Kali to see if that would solve the problem .Same message. Used CURL to update to current version of Firefox , supposedly, same, Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt. Do think I need to renew any certificates here because in WIndows 11 it updated automatically without problems. What do you think.THX

I do not want to update my firefox .There is any way to do somthing to works Add-Ons.

Is it possible that every single add-on I had has been simultaneously disabled because it is "corrupt" or the sign-on could not be verified? Is it due to my old operating system (El Capitan)? If that's the case, I will have to stop using Firefox on my old iMac and use it on my MacBook Air, a device I really don't like because of the keyboard.

Hi, We are using Horizon VDI terminal server. Firefox is installed on these servers. Some users get Firefox is already running but is not responding error. Ending Firefox via task manager does not work. I log off the user and have them log in again, but it does not work.

When I check, I see that the user's profile file cannot be created on any terminal server.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Hey all, I'm hoping someone can help me. I have found no answers online to date.

I cannot print from the Firefox browser. When I click the print button, my printer spits out a blank page.

I can print from any other browser, Word, Excel, PDF files, anything except for Firefox. This may not be as much of an issue if Firefox wasn't my primary browser, so when I start doing work on it and find I need to print something at the end, it's a problem.

My printer software is up-to-date, I tried resetting the printing preference to default (assuming I did this correctly), and I even uninstalled and re-installed Firefox (which was a disaster). None of this helped.

Is there one of you who may be able to provide me with the help I need?

Trying to browse ebay using Firefox. The pages have become really slow when loading.When scrolling down the page is blank then slowly populates as I scroll down the page. I've just tried microsoft edge and there is no problem.

One specific cache entry always contains a trojan virus everytime I run an anti virus check. I can't say where this cache comes from as it appears even if I don't open a single new website. I delete it but it appears everytime I use the Browser again, even multiple times during one session. It is always the same entry code. Is there a way to block a specific cache entry or at least to discern where it originates?

I recently imported passwords and usernames for auto-fill from chrome and a few of the websites will not auto-fill my username. I have to manually type the username every time even though i can see they are saved in the Firefox browser.
