Google Drive is giving me warnings it no longer backs up my photo's and I need to use my browser to do that. Only Firefox does not support it. Is there any view or hope for future support so it will work in Firefox as well?

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

Hello if i backup my data on firefox account then i sign into new device then i again login my email and firefox acc then i did not got my passwords or bookmarks and history again. Then what's the use of that backup ? is that offline or online backup if offline then what if i reset my pc and then login back ? if online then there is no option to backup that data. Help me to get back my data.

Why the h377 did firefox change the screen shot tool by removing it from the address bar AND delete the center search bar, along with changing the location of all my recent web visit from the along the bottom of the screen? This is annoying and unhelpful to pc users, I need these functions back like they were in order to us your site on my pc. I donot and will never use firefox on my phone. If these functions are gone, then I will have leave as well. Either that or remove the update from my pc and cease ALL further updates.

I'm using Firefox in Windows. I lost all of my bookmarks... never mind how, I think I can prevent it from happening again... and I'm trying to figure out whether there is a way to recover them.

Looking in the profile folder, I see three profiles. One is listed on the about:profiles page, and is identified as the default. The other two aren't listed there at all.

I need to select each of those other two and see whether my bookmarks can be recovered from them. But how. The about:profiles page has a button for creating a new profile, but not for adding an existing profile to the page. Either it's listed there or it's not.

It seems to me that I could create a new profile and make it the default folder, then quit Firefox and replace it with a copy of one of the profiles I want to investigate. However, I lost my bookmarks by doing something similar to that, so I'm wary of doing it again.

Can someone explain what is happening here--why there are three profiles in the default profile's folder but only one list listed, and why there's apparently no provision for making Firefox list the others?

I purchased Mozilla VPN weeks ago and having problems installing it. Request requires elevation.

Hi, I tried several times to install Firefox on a new PC. first time Firefox installed correctly, but as I wanted to have my profile copied, there were error message.

Scince then, each time I have deinstalled and reinstall Firefox it does not work correctly: During installation it still tell me that I do have older Firefox version and the installer will update this. After this it keeps telling me this:

Profil nicht vorhanden ( Profile not found) Ihr Profil "Firefox" kann nicht geladen werden. Es ist möglicherweise nicht vorhanden oder ein Zugriff ist nicht möglich. (Your “Firefox” profile cannot be loaded. It may not exist, or access is not possible.)

I would love to use Firefox, but at the moment I feel helpless.

Under Settings>Privacy/Security>Browsing Data there is no longer the option to Manage Cookies, despite the help section saying that is where to find it. There is no other place in all of Settings to find the list of cookies. There is only the ability to delete all cookies in History, which I have no desire to do. I edit the cookie list weekly, and it is only now, mid August 2026, under Firefox 153 on Win 10 that I no longer have access to them. How do I get it back?

After copying profile that's already synced to my old account, I'm unable to set sync that copied profile to new mozilla account. According to support page, it should sync just fine by using different mozilla account. From what I noticed, this new copy profiles feature doesn't make a new profile in about:profiles, could this be an issue?

As described, I (changes being intended as temporary) changed the maximal size for the sidebar to open upon hover. Only when, at that length, I try to revert the change, the sidebar closes before I can "grip" the edge of the sidebar to shrink its length.

My issue is not that I cannot fix this change. My issue is that my change isn't permenant. I followed the standard steps of "Right-click anywhere on Sidebar > select 'Customise Sidebar' in menu > let Sidebar collapse > in 'Customise Sidebar' panel deselect 'Expand sidebar on hover' option > close 'Customise Sidebar' panel > pick up the RH edge of now stationary Sidebar by hovering mouse until the 'gripper' symbol (double-headed arrow) appears... drag RH edge of Sidebar to desired new max-open width."

The issue is that, after doing this, the sidebar reverts to taking up half the screen once I re-enable "Expand sidebar on hover" and reversing the steps listed above.

Any help would be appreciated! I'd rather not have to re-install.
