The five Firefox relay have not been used by me; can I create new ones. I don't use shopify or pinterest. It looks like they were set up in 2024. Can I receive 5 more to clean these out. Thanks.

That doesn't work anymore. Since the last update, the search went back to the adress bar, doesn't matter if that option is mark as true or false.

Please stop making that the searches go to the adress bar. Nobody likes it.

I am now getting this message when I try to search for things at Lowes.

This has just started recently. I do not have this problem using Google Chrome. All other searches (Amazon, Ebay, Safeway, Walmart, et.al. are ok. Just who exactly is edgesuite? I am running Firefox on Windows 7.

I have left Shortcuts toggled on, since I want to see the 18 shortcuts that I have manually pinned. Fine so far.

I have unchecked Sponsored Shortcuts, but I still am seeing sponsored shortcuts added to my dashboard whenever I open a new article. What am I doing wrong?

You say to go to the download page and my version of Windows will be detected & you'll give me the correct version. However, IE 8 in Windows 7 won't go to your download page. So, I need to download from another computer and copy the file to the Windows 7 computer. This doesn't work when you detect that the computer doing the download is a newer computer. How do I tell your system to give me the Windows 7 installer?

FF is offering up possible login names for a particular site I have used previously even though I have removed all related browsing history, form data, and cookies (and cleared the cache). What am I missing? Is it using stored history for unrelated sites to guess at a user name, or is there some other hidden history I need to clear?

I've been a long time supporter of Firefox and it's taken me a few years get all the bugs out of Win 7 so I'm not going to repeat that on Win X. My Win7_64 water cooled platform is overclocked, stable, and just as fast as most affordable new chipsets from Intel. I have third party security apps and firewall. I'm not downgrading to Windows X whatever later version that is and I'm considering other browser options, if anybody has ideas?

Although I'm on the ESR channel, I've been using User Agent Switcher for a while, which seems to work well on most sites. I also notice DuckDuckgo browser claims to support Win 7. I will miss Firefox, but switching to a Win7 supported browser would be my first option, then Linux if I have to dump Windows 7 for something else.

Developers will moan and say switch to Win X with the favorite phrase 'Upgrade' when my experience has been the opposite, but what do others feel who are using older versions of Windows?

I was able to install it on my Mac mini running OS mountain lion with no problem but This is the error message I keep getting on my IMAC OS10.15.7 Catalina (attached): current browser is safari ver 15.6.1. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Three days ago a window popped up asking me to update Firefox. I did and afterwards my personal bookmarks listing disappeared. I tried rebooting everything. No luck. I went to your website and followed all of your suggestions, but again nothing worked; mainly because I could not find on my computer the info the last step in your suggestions were asking for. (I did get a message several times telling me I was using an old Firefox profile. I tried to investigate, but each time your instructions told me to look for something as the last or next-to-last step, I ended not being able to find it on my computer. Again, I have tried everything. Please help me.

The above topic doesn't really apply to this. There was no option for this problem.

Now, I use Firefox Relay to mask my email address. It has always been an icon on the toolbar. It has now disappeared. I would like to use it but can't without that icon.

Hello, Firefox. So I have this feature whenever I type. When I type my first letter, it is capital, and whenever I add an comma to my sentence and hit the space key, it adds an period. I don't remember enabling that feature, and I want to disable that feature. Is there any way if I can disable that feature? Thanks in advance!

When trying to access the Princess Cruise website I just keep getting a blank page. Princess says I need to remove extensions. I have read and read and to be honest I am totally confused. Please help.
