As of yesterday, I lost access to my bookmark toolbar and have gone over Firefox instructions about how to recover it without any success. It sends me to the library link and everything I do from there doesn't work.

I had an organized list in the left side of all if the links to pay bills. or other categories It was easy and it worked. Now apparently you have taken that away,. I HATER THIS NEW FIREFOX!!!!

Today's update (version 154.0, 18 Aug 2026), degraded the appearance of a bookmark menu that contains both left-to-right and right-to-left text.

I have bookmarks in both English and Hebrew text. When a bookmark menu contains both kinds, all of them used to be left-aligned, which made for a tight, easy-to-read. menu. But as of this version, the R2L text is right-aligned, so if the whole menu is a bit wide, there is a lot of empty space. See screenshot.

Also, the next-to-last line in the screenshot, the numbers to the LEFT of the text, not right.

I realized that all the bookmarks I had saved for years are now missing when I search using the browser. I did find them in other locations, but how can I see specific bookmarks that are missing?

I keep a lot of bookmarks, organized into folders. Many of those folders are in my bookmarks toolbar. And many of subfolders. When I click a folder (and subfolder), bookmarks present themselves from top to bottom in order of when they were added. But I'd like to see them in order of when they were last added! ...so the most recently added bookmark is the first option I see. Is there a way to achieve? Thanks in advance!

I would like to understand why Firefox places newly added bookmarks at the bottom of the selected bookmark folder instead of at the top.

In most cases, users want quick access to the bookmarks they have just saved. When a folder contains many bookmarks, having new entries appended to the bottom makes them harder to find and requires additional scrolling.

Is this behavior intentional? If so, what is the reasoning behind it? Has Mozilla considered adding an option that allows users to choose whether new bookmarks are inserted at the top or bottom of a folder?

I believe placing new bookmarks at the top, or providing a configurable option, would improve usability for many users.

bold text My prior version of Firefox had a line near the top where commonly used links (e.g., google calendar) could be accessed. My current version no longer has that. Can I recover those links and is there a way of having convenient access to them with the current version?
