I have been using fire fox for over 5 years. I like it and have been using it exclusively over chrome for much of that time. Now I was bounced out and a new sign was requested instead of just opening up as usual. I went to my password book and typed in the password exactly as written... ERROR: PASSWORD WAS NOT RECOGNIZED. Nothing is written anywhere on this. My only recourse is to reset my password with the possibility of losing data. I will never trust Mozilla to handle all my passwords if this is an example of how they perform.

I've got some problem with syncing addons - they are not syncing. Yesterday I've installed Firefox Lockwise on my home PC. Today I start FF on my work PC and Lockwise did not install. Same story was earlier with some other addons. Perphaps there was a solution, but I wasn't able to find it.
Everything on PC is up-to-date (FF 67.0.1).

Why does firefox keep removing addon themes
Since last updates, firefox keeps removing the selected theme. It says it is enabled but does not display. You have to disable and then re-enable to get it back.

I have to listen to Radio.com on Chrome! :( I also tried to use redcross.com recently to sign up to give blood; however it froze there too. I'm wondering if it has something to do with Location Sharing. Please help. I've checked all my settings and they seem right. I've even updated Firefox to no avail.

This has been happening for a while now. Whenever I turn on my laptop and go to open Firefox, it resets all of my preferences. This is starting to annoy me, especially with dealing with the homepage and setting things back to normal.
I have gone through the steps listed in this article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-fix-preferences-wont-save) but nothing works. I also keep getting the Privacy Notice update in another tab (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox/) when I open Firefox as well, which is annoying as well. Would appreciate the help here.

Whenever I restart my computer, these settings are completely reset to their defaults and I have to apply the same customizations every time. How do I fix this???

But when I click on add, I get a red box saying "Email returned did you type it right?", but the typed email address is good, and it appears firefox is attempting to send a verify email to my suspended primary email. Is there a way to add a secondary email on a trusted device, so that I can change my primary email on the account?

Hello, I was wondering why I have to install extensions in order to prevent popup to appear. Right now, of course, popup are disabled in the option menu, I have two Adblocker (Plus and Ultimate and I need both, despite the subscriptions are almost identicals), Ghostery, Popupblocker and Behind the Overlay, but in some cases these are still not enough. I have to accept cookies (but not from third parties) and when I close the browser, everything is going to be deleted by custom settings. I do not have any malware/virus, I don't install random programs, I don't have any sidebar. I keep all the software up to date. Any suggestion? Am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

When I got the last 2 or 3 updates of firefox, there were some websites I could not fully access. One of them is accounts google which also means not my youtube account either. All this in non-private browsing. I tried disabling all extensions, I tried in safe mode, and nothing changed. Also some other methods which did not work. And when I get to accounts google to sign in, I click on the next button and nothing happens. So, I tried private browsing and was able to sign-in to youtube and accounts google. I've tried all types of combinations on my content blocking but to no good result. I need a solution, please.

I want a related tab to open as the next tab and a new tab to open at the right end of the tabs. Under about:config, I tried to change browser.tabs.insertAfterCurrent and browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent. No combination of true and false makes any difference - a new tab always opens after the current tab.
