When fail to resume download the file, .part file is automatically deleted by the Firefox download manager. I hope to keep .part file even if fail to resume download the file. How can I disable "automatically delete .part file feature"? I think this is in "about:config", but I couldn't find... Who can tell me? Thanks.

How can I enable drag and drop URLs to desktop or folders. Use to work and just quit. This has happened before and just fixed itself, but have no clue what happened. When I search for solutions I get stuff like "start in safe mode", have no clue how do do that and a search for than doesn't produce results.

Would like a really simple or step by step answer.
