I use to be able to log on my Office 365 college email account with Firefox, but now it is not working anymore. When I click on the email link of my college website, it is suppose to open a new tab directing me to my Office 365 college email. But now the tab leads to Office 365 main login page with my college email address and a box to enter my password. When I enter my password, it says it doesn't recognize my email account or password. I already called my college IT department and they told me it was an issue with Firefox, not the college account. I can access my college email account with Explorer or Edge, but not with Firefox anymore. It did an update the other day, and it worked again for a couple days. Now it's not working again. Can someone help please?

When I typed altalthough, it completed the word while I was typing. You can see what happened to the word. It makes a noise when it does it, also. I've got the latest version of FF for Win 10.

Hello. New issue i never had before. For the last couple of months while i'm playing youtube videos in Firefox, or even just leave it there in stand-by the audio driver of my external usb audio interface (Reloop play) will freeze / crash, forcing me to unplug the usb cord and put it in again.

This issue only happens with Firefox, i use Chrome too and i don't have the problem. The issue started from some update of Firefox back in version 43 or so and still persists now. I have also enabled VP9 / webm support and it doesn't make a difference.

I'm using Reloop Play GEN 1 Driver v2.9.73, on Windows 10, (driver can be found here: http://www.reloop.com/media/custom/upload/223373/223373%20Driver%202.9.73%20FW%200+%20Win.zip ) and basically when the driver "crashes" is more like freezing/stuck. If i go to playback devices in windows it will show that Reloop Play audio device still outputs a signal constantly (the bar graph stays green 3-4 bars). I checked the event log and there is no events regarding the issue. Also this happens at random intervals, sometimes every 2 minutes, others it might take 10 minutes, but it is definitely annoying.

I know there should be a solution with Firefox, but the blame is on Reloop too because the drivers have always been buggy (blame usb-audio.de/Ploytec which makes the drivers for them). I've also asked on Reloop's forum for support, but is there a way to debug this?

I notice that sometimes there is a check box to have my comments post to Facebook, and sometimes there is no check box. What I would like is to have ALL my comments post there, without no check box to click - AUTOMATIC POSTING.

After I've update to the latest version I can't close out of FIrefox. I always have to turn my MAC off and reboot. It has become problematic and I've thought about deleting it. Please help.

I just bought a new laptop (Windows 10, with Intel 530 graphics card) and the fonts in the url bar seem rather distorted. I took a screenshot to see the same URL in another browser: paulrittman.com/fonts.png

The fonts on the web pages seem pretty much the same, but the url bar font is so different compared to what I'm used to, that it grabs my attention. Is there any way to adjust how the urlbar displays fonts? I did a restart with addons disabled but the issue was the same.

The page has been loaded before and switching back and forward without anything changing - it gets the loading wheel on it and Mozilla has never done this before unless the page actually does need to reload but never just to switch between tabs. it is aggravating that the tab switch cannot be fast and needs it done even if it is just seconds between each. the image is the constant loading icon i get

Hello, After I watched a documentary using the BBC iPlayer site, I downloaded a copy to watch it later on. The browser (latest beta ver) for no reason that I could see - automatically opened over 750 tabs. The download seemed to take ages, and I wonder if this is a common problem. Let me know if more info is needed.

Suddenly, I can not pull up Firefox. it is version 45.0. I was on the day before yesterday, and I was scanning through the support pages because I want to block the thing that stops Firefox from going to another page, but I never figured it out. Probably did something by mistake. Message: "Firefox is not responding" - blank browser screen. When I follow "We've made some educated guesses about your current browser and operating system" on the support page it brings up blank fields.

I did try to download a newer version a couple of weeks ago, but the download did not go through. I am able to pull up Safari, but I prefer Firefox. Running Mac OS 10.10.5.

Is there a phone number for Mozilla support? Looked and could not find it. Thankyou.

Bookmarks I have put on the menu bar and in the drop down bookmark screen just disappear, no obvious reason, I do nothing different. This started a few months ago, has happened twice since (including today), never happened in years of use previously.

Yahoo's webpage locks up the Firefox 45.0b6 every morning for about a minute. Freeze the whole GUI, nothing works until it releases. This has happened in the past, goes on for months until some update changes things, then it works fine for awhile, but usually something else stops working, a never ending cycle with something always broken.

The 'Setting Firefox as the default browser does not work - What to do' article identifies the problem but does not give instructions for Windows 8.1. I've tried following equivalent process for Win 7 but it doesn't work. I still get asked if I want Firefox to be default program every time it opens.

Im on a Mac 10.11 - When searching for specifics (men's web belts, ex) I might get a listing of sites to search but when I hit one of the files I get blocked by "adult" content filter. I dont see that option in my Foxfire preferences or my Mac preferences. How do I get rid of that.
