Pas moyen d'ouvrir Firefox depuis une clé usb de démarage. On me demande un code par courriel que je ne peux pas ouvrir. Je suis bloqué car je tombe toujours sur le Bios quand je veux avoir accès à mon ordinateur. Commenr m'en sortir De l'aide SVP Merci
